My first night was a lake view low level in the older part of the hotel. The 2nd night I was upgraded to the newer wing on level 21. It has an amazing clean pool with a view of the lake. Its location is pivotal allowing an early morning access to next-door LiYuan without the crowds. There is an access via the waterline to the Big Scenic Wheel. The Rose's staff kept checking on me and my palate at the buffet. And it's here I've got the best shot of my trip!

This is a super premium hotel with vert good facilities and superb service. The breakfast spread is amazing. Ferry service to Yuantouzhou is very good.

Spacious room, comes with Dyson hair dryer! The amenities are good despite the hotel design is kind of old fashioned. Overall, a good stay and recommend to those who comes with family. Don't forget to try the restaurant at the ground floor for authentic Wu Xi cuisine.

Check in counter service can be improved, but the concierge has been very helpful. This hotel has a boat ferry to and fro YuanTouZhu park where the famous cherry blossom bloom
occurs late Mar-April. The hotel is also next to Li Yuan (famous for peach blossom) but it's a pity there seems to be no direct access - we had to walk out to the main road to enter Li Yuan . I suspect the hotel boat ferry can make a stop at Li Yuan's pier. View from our balcony attached.

Need to walk abit to reach hotel from the road. The room is good but the hotel should provide the new wing as no many occupants. Welcome drink is Starbucks which is very good.

Wow, what a fantastic experience! The check-in process was super smooth, and the staff was incredibly professional. They spoke both English and Chinese fluently and gave us some great tips on the city tour!
