Hotel locates inside an old traditional village.
Only 30mins to WuXi airport and WuXi East Station (high speed train) but not near to WuXi town center

It's a nice place right inside the Dangkou Old Town. It's nice to stay within the town itself as it is beautiful at night. Breakfast was so-so.

酒店在古鎮內，酒店基本環境還可以，古色古香的建築，早餐廳外有假山池塘。房間有味道，可能靠近河邊。房間裏面竟然連洗髮水沐浴露都沒有，歡迎水果是爛掉的。房間隔音很差，整個晚上都沒有睡好。走到裏面講話 房間一清二楚， 住在一樓， 窗外就是古鎮沿河邊的路，雖然人少，但有人走過也是可以聽的很清楚。 房間總體感覺也不乾淨，前台就一個人， 都沒有頂替的，辦個取電卡也等了好久。

姐妹四個出遊，定的真賞齋套房，入住當天下午洗澡是冷水，當天晚上洗澡依舊是冷水，聯繫前台後，給我們開了隔壁空的大床房讓我們去洗澡，第二天上午小夥伴生理期到來，去隔壁洗澡結果又是冷水，1398一晚的房費體驗感極差，酒店工作人員態度惡劣，未不肯作出任何經濟上的賠償，差評！

訂的套房在一樓，房間的私密性需要提升，衞生間的窗台有縫隙，晚上開了燈洗澡和上廁所，站在院子裏能看到，房間內的設計和佈局也不合理，開關和插座都被窗簾遮擋住了，不方便使用，床頭兩扇窗户能聽到窗外的腳步聲。床的朝向是南北走向，背侼於南方活人床東西走向的風俗，可能是一樓的原因，房間裏有螞蟻和蜈蚣出入！反觀服務員的態度挺好的，硬件需要提升，不建議訂一樓的套房。

首先是位置特別棒，位於古鎮內，非常方便。第二是裝修特別有味道，不論是酒店環境還是房間內部，都很符合江南水鄉特色。第三是服務好，每個服務人員都很熱情，也能非常快的處理意外情況和滿足客人需求。第四是早點不錯，雖然樣式不太多，但都很好吃，而且在淡季能提供中西早餐已經很不錯了。不好的方面是隔音，樓上沖馬桶樓下聽着聲音特別大，還有就是門的隔音有待提高，隔斷牆隔音還可以。

惠山泥人咖啡店免費領取指定飲品一杯:沒有享受到！前台完全都不提這事兒，房間裏準備的兩瓶水都是比較小型的，想多要兩瓶，需要自己付錢，兩塊錢一瓶。
設施：比較老舊。淋浴房地面滲水都滲到了馬桶間。
衞生：一般般，尚可接受。
環境：內部環境通風較差，走廊裏一股黴味，房間裏開了空調好一些。外部環境很好，地理位置比較幽靜，店外就是古時候的婚嫁場景，白天看着喜慶，晚上稍顯詭異，有種那啥的感覺。
服務：我們是自駕的，停車到古鎮東停車場最近，然後電話給前台，有位師傅步行來接，看我是女生，就幫我提了箱子。走的時候，這項服務就沒有了，前台説師傅不在，你們不認識就自己開個步行導航吧。
🅿️自駕的小夥伴記得退房的時候前台掃碼，可免停車費。
下回如果再去盪口古鎮，應該不會再選這家酒店了。
