酒店的小姐姐好有禮貌好熱情，積極幫我們處理遇到的問題，房間舒適，乾淨整潔，一早起來就可以在陽台看到秀麗的山景。早餐還是挺多東西吃的，還有熱騰騰現煮的麪。早餐員工也好好，知道我喜歡吃辣還給了他私人的辣椒給我們吃，感謝所有員工和阿姨，一次愉快的住宿

第一次入住這樣的房間很驚喜，房間裏喝茶看户外景色當然還有個超大的陽台亭子，躺在穿上晚上能看星星，還有一個私人訂製浴缸泡澡卸下一天的疲憊。房間裏都是智能化小杜為我們開燈開空調播放音樂心情很愉悦。下次還會再來。

酒店精緻乾淨且安靜，面積超大，乾淨的泳池、齊備的健身房，適合家庭度假。還有個大大的陽台，泡着大紅袍、耳聞鳥叫聲，極度適合放空。帶着家人，住了兩晚，處處能體會到酒店服務的用心，越住越喜歡。下次若來武夷山，必住此酒店！

非常舒適的外庭院，媽媽腿腳不便，我陪着媽媽在院子裏曬着太陽下跳棋，過了最愉快的一下午。酒店房間超大，所有的工作人員都很nice，耐心回答各個問題，幫你出主意，感覺結合了賓館的設施和民宿那種親切的家庭氛圍。

酒店中式風格高端大氣，前台很熱情給我升級了房間，房間裏面有浴缸可以泡澡卸下一整天的疲憊很舒服。還有晚飯後在後花園走走也很舒服感受大自然的美下次還會再來

酒店環境很好，大廳寬敞明亮進店就讓人覺得很舒適，住的房間也很大，乾淨衞生，浴缸也配有浴缸套，前台服務也很好很熱情有問題都會幫忙解決

酒店的環境挺好的，房間也很大，對硬件設施非常滿意。當天淡季入住的人少，也給升了房。
但是服務感覺不好，七點鐘開早餐，七點十分去的時候早餐還沒做好，放熱菜的鍋都是空的，好不容易到了七點半基本上全了，一共兩條清蒸魚，負責早餐的大姨自己用不銹鋼盆夾走了一大半，就剩幾塊肉和頭尾，剩下的菜我們還沒開始夾，他先夾走了，住了兩天都是這樣。吃過早飯之後，對於早餐時間飯還沒做好的問題也跟前台反映了，前台什麼也沒説。
第二天的時候，浴室下水道堵了，水漫到衞生間的地面，打電話到前台，來收拾的阿姨衹是解決下水道堵的問題，完全沒管地下的水，我們又把他叫回來，他説衹有濕拖布，最後用我們屋的浴巾把地下擦了。
總體來説完全不像一個五星大酒店應有的服務，就像一個家庭小作坊一樣，管理不行。

酒店周圍環境很好很適合出遊，工作人員服務態度好，設施設備齊全。離景區和印象大紅袍演出都很近。酒店的後花園也很不錯適合飯後自住走走。

酒店後山草坪上可以泡茶賞花心情非常愉悦，前台服務也很好很親切。打車去小吃街5分鐘就到了，吃了小吃往漫步道走到印象大紅袍幾分鐘就到了都很方便 能感到到武夷山的年味
