The hotel environment is excellent, and the service staff are extremely enthusiastic and helpful. One staff member, in particular, named Vivian, stands out. Her mother tongue is English, which makes her a great help to foreigners. She is incredibly kind, nice, beautiful, and has a truly kind heart. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and seeking Vivian's assistance.

房間非常乾淨，水龍頭亮到反光。前台，管家，保安，保潔，服務態度非常好。辦理入住非常迅速，還給我推薦了一些美食，晚上因為回來得比較晚，徵求我的想法後，給我放了泡腳桶和熱水壺在房裡。真的非常細緻而且耐心，有問必答。還有酒店的電吹風不錯😄。下次帶孩子過來看兵馬俑的話，還會選擇這個酒店。物超所值，非常棒。再次點贊前台小美女跟管家小美女。

多次續住了，感覺真的有受到很好的服務，晚上有泡腳桶和酒釀，把酒釀小圓子是很好吃的，甜度也很合適，這邊很乾凈，阿姨們在做打掃的時候是有在進行認真的消毒，前台的小姑娘和帥哥們認真的服務態度，加了微信了以後還給我推了一些比較好吃的地方，服務態度能感覺到是認真在做的。

入住過程從進來的時候就很開心，一杯熱茶比較讓人覺得温暖，而且在辦理入住的過程當中迅速也非常迅速。嗯，這邊的話還加了一個微信，然後晚上有免費的泡椒葱和酒釀小圓子，酒釀小圓子是挺好吃的，裏面應該放桂花，讓人很有一種秋天的感覺，住進來了，以後就能感覺到這邊是有用心在做一個酒店，應該不是那種大愛情換一個地方的那種，而是説想長長久久的想做下去的那種，主要是因為這邊實在是特別的乾淨啊，衞生間基本上是一塵不染，而且最容易沾灰的，這些地方比如説什麼玻璃上啊都也非常的乾淨，我覺得這種是有用心在做的，所以在這邊感覺到也是很好的招待了

住過這麼多酒店，這家真的是寶藏！
一進門，温馨的氛圍撲面而來。大堂明亮整潔，佈置典雅。客房更是讓人滿意，床鋪整潔舒適，像在家裡一樣安心。傢俱一塵不染，各種設備都嶄新且好用。衞生間乾淨無異味，洗浴用品品質優良。
服務人員的態度好得沒話説，臉上總是掛着真誠的笑容，有問題馬上解決。餐飲無論是味道還是種類都超讚。在這裏住真的是一種享受，必須好評！🌟

兒子過來上大學，差不多兩個來月了，嗯，這個酒店是其他的同學的家長推薦的。這次帶着女兒過來看看她哥平常的生活學習狀態，孩子説這邊還是挺好處的。我也不知道過來看看感覺是挺好的，其他的部分都還就那樣，但是主要關鍵是衞生特別乾淨，是那種特別乾淨的，特別乾淨。所以我覺得這種對於帶着小孩子過來玩兒的人應該還是比較重要的，都是當媽的，大家心裏懂的都懂吧。
