The hotel is in a good location, near Huaqing Palace and can be reached within 10 minutes' walk. After watching Song of Everlasting Sorrow, just walk back to the hotel. Breakfast and afternoon tea were very good. Afternoon tea is available from 15:00 to 21:30. There are porridge, snacks, various scented teas, and fruits, which are good choices for a break in the middle. It’s only a 20-minute drive to the Terracotta Warriors. We chose to enter from 8:30 to 9:30. There were very few people and we could see the whole view of the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Exhibition Hall 1 without any obstruction. The hotel has a rich breakfast. The snacks they make, such as rice cakes and steamed buns, are better than the snacks in Huimin Street. Noodles and wontons are very suitable for Hong Kong people. There are many choices of soy milk. My favorite is red date soy milk, which has a strong red date flavor. . There is free bottled water on the room floor, and the front desk delivers fruit yogurt to the room every day, which is really thoughtful. The front desk upgraded the room to Wangshan for free, looking at Lishan and very quiet. The room is large and has a birdcage seat, which is very comfortable. What could be done better is: 1. The front desk can take the initiative to tell guests the time for afternoon tea and introduce late night snacks, and proactively add guests on WeChat. When we went to the front desk, we had to ask about everything. The front desk could not provide guides. For the Huaqing Palace and the Terracotta Warriors and Horses, we had to find the travel agency they cooperated with, and there was no one to ask. This is very different from the service of another hotel in Xi'an. 2. There is no refrigerator or safe in the room. The air conditioner cannot be adjusted. It's very cold, so open the windows. After telling the front desk, they couldn't respond when it would be repaired. Since we only stayed for 2 nights, we turned off the air conditioner and slept. 3. There is no place to hang clothes in the bathroom in the room. You have to stand up to get dressed, which is very embarrassing. 4. The light is too dim and the TV remote control panel cannot be seen, making it difficult to control the TV.
