"It was once again a truly remarkable experience I had during my stay at Sofitel Xi'an on Renmin Square. 
From the moment I arrived, every detail reflected a level of care and excellence that left me both impressed and deeply moved.   The housekeeping team went far beyond maintaining cleanliness; their evening turndown service, with the beautifully arranged bed and the warm greetings left behind, created an atmosphere of comfort and personal attention that is all too rare. During those hot summer days, the plentiful supply of water bottles was a small yet deeply appreciated touch that spoke volumes about the team’s anticipation of guests’ needs.   A particular highlight I feel compelled to mention is the outstanding consistency of the Lobby Bar. The Café Latte and its impeccable presentation were every bit as delicious and spot-on as I remembered from my stays in previous years—a remarkable achievement given the usual staff turnover in this sector. This level of sustained excellence is, without doubt, a direct reflection of the Lobby Bar Manager.   I look forward to returning with great enthusiasm."

"Facilities: The facilities are very complete. They even provide eye masks and earplugs, and the lighting can be adjusted from 100% down to 10%, which is very user-friendly. Cleanliness: It's also spotless, with disposable toilet seat covers. Environment: The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Datang Everbright City, and Xi'an Film Studio. Service: The staff are very enthusiastic and proactive. They offer freshly ground coffee, a car to take us to the subway, and even a souvenir. It was a great experience, and I'll definitely stay here again next time. I just wonder if this brand has branches in other cities across the country."

LIRUI XI'AN LINTONG

"This was the most comfortable hotel I stayed at on this trip. The location was excellent, right across from Huaqing Palace; a short walk across the street would take you to the scenic area, though it was slightly angled to avoid the noise of the intersection. The room selection was good, the smart home system worked well, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was warm and friendly. I stayed here for both nights in Lintong; if I weren't pressed for time, I would have loved to take a short vacation here."
