性價比不錯，帶老媽看病一直在交大附一，之前住過旁邊的快捷，地方小，價格也不便宜，這次住了十天，選擇這裏，吃飯，去醫院都挺方便，房間還大，視角好，價格優惠，暖氣還特別暖和，還好是淡季，價格是比較能接受的

衞生間馬桶上還有尿漬，其次就是當天中午兩點後才能入住，但是第二天中午十二點就必須退房，這點很不滿意

訂房的友友們，需謹慎，環境太差，就和傳説中的黑毛驢館差不多，門鎖還是鑰匙的，老闆態度差，説話出爾反爾，價格又貴，原本以為三百多的房子，應該還可以吧，結果定了，去看了一下，環境確確實實太差了，就和幾十塊的差不多，希望幫助準備訂房的你不會上當受騙

在一個廣場的商業辦公樓23樓，其實應該就是商改住的公寓房，不是很好找，問了兩次人才找到。房間空間很大，但略顯空曠傢俱設施不多或説不全吧，有個小隔間放雜物的衞生有點不是很乾凈。

酒店距離歷史博物館，大雁塔，大唐不夜城很近，出行沒問題，附近吃飯很方便，春節期間這個價格很實惠了，老闆人很好，很熱情，一次愉快的旅行。

相當的差，住過條件設施最差的酒店，真的是臟亂差，從服務到設施都是特別差。
從來不會給差評，這次一下見識了，
電視壞的，洗漱用具洗頭膏沐浴液一律沒有，毛巾還又臟又又味道，真的是圖片與實物不符。
有這種小作坊酒店，讓西安旅遊的質量一下就下降了。

衞生太差，感覺上一次客人走後被套、床單、枕套都未換，好在自己帶了一次三件套。衞生間麪櫃裏還放着上一次客人留下的一次性杯子還插着用過牙刷。
