I took my kids to Xiamen and stayed here for two nights during the National Day. The hotel environment is really great. The family room we stayed in on the 19th floor had large floor-to-ceiling windows on both walls, smart curtains, and sea views. The room was also very nice. It's clean, the staff inside has a good service attitude, and the buffet breakfast is delicious. The children are reluctant to leave. They have been back to Wuhan for a few days and they still miss your hotel. If they have the opportunity to visit Xiamen again in the future, they will definitely stay there.

I chose their deluxe family room, a hotel with more than 700 RMB, and stayed in a lofe floor like a B&B in the hotel. The second floor was useless, the bathroom was extremely small, and water leaked from the roof.

The hotel will start trial operation in June 2023, and the equipment is very new! The service attitude in the lobby is good, especially Yang Lijia and Chen Jianing helped us check in and helped us carry our luggage to the room upstairs 👍 We were upgraded to a sea view room! There is a washing machine with drying function in the room! They also teach us how to purchase membership deposits to enjoy more discounts! The housekeeping service attitude, cleanliness and provision of supplies are also very good👍I will stay here again in the future!

In fact, the room was very nice and I enjoyed my stay. Because the flight was very early and landed at 6 am, I thought I would spend half a day to check in early. The guy at the front desk said he had a room and checked him in directly. Thank you very much! He also reminded about the noise issue during the decoration and said that if there was anything he wasn't satisfied with, he could make adjustments. The service is very good. We would also like to thank the bellman for helping us deliver our luggage to the room. For two of us, the 4 pieces of luggage were very heavy. The TOTO used in the hotel is a very good brand. The only flaw is the decoration and the details. The housekeeping cleaning training may not be in place, the floor always feels unclean, and things are forgotten every day, and the same thing is never repeated😅. The picture shows a corner of a newly replaced bath towel. I personally think that bath towels and towels with obvious stains that cannot be removed should no longer be used by guests. There is a tea set in the hotel room, which is really convenient for those of us who like to drink tea. In addition, the hotel has a self-service laundry, two washing machines and one dryer, which is very convenient, but if you encounter one that is in use, you will have to wait for a long time. It would be better if there were more units. However, it does provide a lot of convenience. The hotel staff are very nice. I will continue to stay here next time I come back. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the beach. It just happens that the jet lag is not good. Get up early to watch the sunrise. It's super beautiful. In addition, if you don't book breakfast included, you don't have to worry about breakfast. As a Xiamen native, I strongly recommend the Xiamen Zaolong Breakfast Project. There is one near the hotel. The barley milk is delicious, and the glutinous rice chicken is also good...

The environment is average, the description is too different, and the room facilities inside are old. The only thing I like is that it's close to the beach. The pool is too demanding and too high. Not great, the price is over 600, if you add a few hundred more you can choose a slightly higher-end hotel. For those who travel, if you want to relax better, the quality of the hotel is your first choice.

To be honest, the hotel is new, so there are basically no problems with hygiene and configuration. And it's definitely quieter than regular chain hotels. But the service is really problematic! Before I checked in, I contacted Ctrip to see if there was a bathtub. The reply said that my room type had both a bathtub and a shower, which could meet my requirements. However, when I went to the hotel, they told me that all the rooms I booked had only showers and no bathtubs. They also recommended it to Ctrip and told me that they would allow me to have a bathtub. Go and communicate with Ctrip. As for the second question, I also asked before checking in how much breakfast for children would be charged. The answer was 25 yuan. When you arrive at the store, you must charge 37 yuan. They also said that it was Ctrip's problem and they did not agree to 25 yuan. The kid was charged 39 yuan for a cup of milk and a piece of bread. He was really speechless! The key is that we agreed to be charged 25 yuan when we first went in to eat. When we were halfway through our meal, they came in and asked us to make up for the 14 yuan. Can we not make up for the 14 yuan after we have already eaten? Although Ctrip reimbursed me for the meal after communication, I don’t know which party caused the problem, but as a consumer, I consulted in advance before booking your hotel. As a result, I spent the whole day calling Ctrip customer service and them. communicate! We booked a superior sea view room. I don’t know what your definition of a sea view room is. Our room is on the side. We can only tilt our head to the side and lean against the window to see a little of the sea. What is the difference between this and an ordinary room? And our bedside lamp couldn't be turned off at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. I called the front desk and said they didn't know and asked the housekeeping department to check. At 12 o'clock, we had all taken a shower and were lying on the bed about to fall asleep. The customer service department came in. Look, I said no after looking at it. I asked the engineering department to check it out. A man from the engineering department came in and worked for a long time without knowing why. Later, he said that the line was broken. I was really disappointed with the service during my two-day stay.

不得不吐槽一下，那個餐飲部的個子小小的女經理，服務真是有夠噁心🤢，早餐我們訂的家庭房，兩份早餐，不知道是什麼原因，他們系統沒顯示，給她看訂單了，還是不行，一定得她們系統裏有才行麼！！！住了三天，離店中午兩點零五分我們問其他的服務生餐廳是否接待，其他服務生説是可以到兩點半，她就態度很噁心的説接不了，這種服務也是絕絕子！客房部的服務生小哥哥和一位大姐，態度很好，但是酒店類似公寓式管理，管理不夠成熟

挺滿意的，房間寬敞，有洗衣機而且帶烘乾功能，旅途中能自己洗衣服很方便。餐廳價格公道。地鐵站很近，附近的沙灘人很少完全不擠。工作人員的態度都挺好，下次來廈門還會考慮住這裏。
