First of all, it should be noted that the hotel accepts foreigners (although it took them some time to figure out how to do the registration process). The location is extremely convenient - you have two metro lines, the BRT (goes to the airport), and the train station. Also, there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is fairly basic - but you shouldn't expect more for the price. The room had all the necessary facilities and was reasonably clean. The staff was rather helpful and agreed to keep my luggage after check out. Do note that most if not all rooms are smoking ones, so you should expect them to smell of cigarettes (not great, but expected). Perhaps the most problematic aspect is the poor sound insulation - you can pretty much hear everything from the corridor. In short, if you're looking for a cheap option in an optimal location and don't mind the cigarette smell and the noise, it's a good option. Otherwise, find something else.

There is one cockroach in the room. In general it cheap and good location, but come with heavy smoking smell. Unlikely recommend. You can find some other hotels within this budget but nicer in xiamen

The staff was friendly and helpful, even though she didn't speak English. The location is really good. The train station and two subway stations are nearby. Furthermore there are a lot of restaurant around. The room had nice lighting and the bed was cosy and clean. The bathroom was also clean. Just the walls had some stains and there was some mold on the ceiling, but it didn't bother me.

You get your money’s worth and more. Best thing about it is the fantastic location. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby and the MixC mall, and so close to the train station. Room is relatively clean; there’s cleaning service every day and a washing machine. :) Staff is helpful.

B&B in the city, with convenient transportation and just walking distance from the North Square of Xiamen Station. It's hygienic, but it's not very soundproof.
