住宿體驗特別差。
1、沒有紗窗，蚊子給孩子叮了十多個包，大人也叮了，晚上根本睡不好，蚊子耳邊一直嗡嗡響，關窗户太悶了，空調孩子太小吹不了，再説還想開窗户通風，蚊子也不知道多會兒進來的，晚上下飛機回家發現孩子蚊子包越來越大，然後我拍的照片。
2、礦泉水衹送兩瓶，再要需要收費，而且周邊沒有超市；
3、中午12點退房，全國應該都是最早下午兩點退房了，現在有的酒店都下午三點了。
4、周邊沒有飯店，沒有超市，吃飯和買東西超級不方便，工作人員也從來不主動和你打招呼，很陌生。

酒店位置不錯，而且這邊人流相對少。房間比較大，很乾凈，床也舒服。隔音其實還好，就是關門聲音大，會被看日出的人們吵醒。奉勸後來人不要隨意嘗試黃厝村裡的小飯館，難吃得超出想象！

本來計劃找家好酒店跨年，結果空調聲音就像發動機一樣吵的我一晚上也沒怎麼睡，維修師傅來修也沒修好，説是這期質量都不好，讓我去隔壁房間試一下空調聲音都大，洗澡吧！水龍頭又不出水，維修師傅又過來修，刷牙吧！牙刷質量也超差，一下就斷了，前台的服務員態度也不好，尤其是女服務員在前台打電話聊天，剛要過去諮詢，也不説話，用手指示意找旁邊男服務員，體驗極差，這種幾百塊一晚在廈門也算是中高端酒店，沒想到這麼失望，以後也不會再去了

房間比較小，枕頭和被套都有沒洗乾淨的痕跡。枕頭裡麪竟然有殘留的血跡。心情頓時不美麗。除了離海邊近一些，其他沒有什麼推薦。

沒海景的悦海房，衞生比較差，前台登記了車牌也被收了24元停車費，沒有地下停車庫，下雨很麻煩，早餐比較差
