硬件和環境真是不錯，酒店設計也很不錯，絕對物超所值。
臨湖房間視野開闊，房間也很大，床軟硬適中，睡得舒服。
真心希望長期運營好，提些小建議希望改善：
1. 房間細節的衞生需要注意，玻璃上的一些水漬啊，地板牆角的灰塵需要打理。
2. 設施維護不夠，今年才開的，感覺很多設施老化有點快。牆漆都用真石漆吧，外牆變色有點快。
3. 服務員有服務意識沒有服務方法。服務標準化不足，都是好孩子，需要專業團隊來培訓一下。
4. 早餐略差了些。
瑕不掩瑜，希望好好改善，越來越好。

房間很好，乾淨衞生，酒店環境超奈斯，喜歡安靜的朋友首選，唯一不太好的地方就是吃飯了，衹有酒店一個自己的餐廳，指定的菜譜，種類比較少。

超出預期的好，本來打算住一天，住了兩天。孩子想在附近找個有露台泳池的酒店玩玩。在網上看到這家，一開始擔心吃飯問題，但是體驗下來還不錯，尤其第一天的熗鍋魚和腐竹粉皮很好吃，價格比附近農家樂還便宜。餐廳和前台的服務小妹妹也很好！唱歌音響超級贊，遊戲機也很好玩。

衝著網上的圖片去的，造型和硬件特別漂亮，拍照很出片，泳池也很適合孩子玩兒。但服務太太太一般了，價錢定位可以説五星級，但服務最多二星，吃飯周圍全是飛的蒼蠅，跟正在打掃的阿姨説處理一下，阿姨説他們也沒辦法，完全沒有去試着處理，所以我們衹能一衹手吃飯一衹手打蒼蠅。因為之前停電，所以晚上洗澡水小到崩潰，光是淋濕頭髮就要五分鐘，給孩子整個澡洗完已經精疲力盡。外面的座位上有膠，沒有任何指示牌，導致沾到身上沒辦法處理，毀掉衣服。

酒店周圍環境很好，也很安靜，適合休假。酒店設計全白色（最好定期粉刷），照相很出片（如果樓上面再建幾個藍色的園頂圖案，那就真有一點聖託里尼的味道了）。酒店面向湖水，視野不錯，比較舒適。日常服務的工作人員也比較熱情。酒店硬件總體不錯。需要改進的地方：要加入專業團隊進行管理，建立自己特色的酒店文化，細化酒店每一個環節，提高員工的專業素質，提升酒店品質。酒店飯菜急需改進和提高。避免星級酒店，農家樂管理
