房間挺大的，衞生搞得挺乾淨，環境還可以，停車方便，離家距離不遠。中央空調房間比較舒適，前台服務態度不錯，服務員很好，服務整體比較滿意。下次再回來探親，還會選擇這裏的。

2023年12月24入住咸陽高新酒店（高鐵西站店）517房間入睡至晚上2點左右感覺有東西在臉上爬爬來爬去打開燈看見蟑螂在身上爬，打開燈推開牀頭櫃有一窩蟑螂噁心至極！！！
撥打前台電話告知情況前台信誓旦旦的説酒店沒有蟑螂我們定期消殺。在我的在三要求下換到了514房間剛進門就看見蟑螂在跑無語至極！！！
第二天一早將情況反應給前台前台告訴我那個酒店沒有蟑螂這個季節有蟑螂非常正常態度惡劣傲慢！請求跟前台跟我一起來到517和514房間就是大家看到的下面的視頻！！！惡不噁心態度惡劣不！！！
中間還發生了一點事，我喝茶把茶水灑在了茶几上用洗臉毛巾把桌子擦乾茶漬！第二天告訴我毛巾臟了扣了我20元。又説我在房間消費了東西扣了我9元，在我的強烈要求下多次檢查並無消費退還我9元！！！
這家酒店大家千萬要擦亮眼睛在住！列舉以下幾點供大家避坑！！！
1.前台態度惡劣，沒有半點服務意識
2.吹毛求疵亂扣費
3.最最嚴重的是衞生防疫方便大大的差

房間寬敞明亮！房間有大窗户！衞生乾淨，服務員打掃衞生很認真！每天有免費的冰鎮飲料！樓下有免費的停車位，停車很方便，樓下美食多多，酒店離咸陽西高速出口很近！值得推薦！
