環境設施什麼的都挺好，服務也還不錯，不過就是地理位置太過於偏僻，周圍的配套交通不太能跟得上，基本上就是為了馬術俱樂部而服務的 不過離樂華城的落花歡樂世界也不遠，也就2.5公里，如果滴滴的話，轎車很快也能叫得到，但是如果你要是去機場的話，雖然看起來距離很近，但實際上還是要繞路，畢竟周圍很多公路高速正在施工中，而且接單的司機較少

房間衞生整體一般，垃圾桶沒有打掃，裏面還有垃圾，離譜的是居然沒有熱水，水温一直温温的，太涼根本不能洗澡，早飯還湊合，搭配可以

酒店位於西安國際馬術中心，面積非常大，大廳空間很大，前台工作人員服務態度很好，還幫我免費升級了房間，值得表揚。房間也很大，衞生間放了空氣清新劑特別好聞，用心了。唯一遺憾的是酒店位置比較偏僻，吃東西不是很方便。

前台服務態度不好，問什麼都支支吾吾的不回答，另外長者家房間也是熱水很小，根本無法正常使用，不推薦這家酒店，非常不成熟，入住體驗極差

早餐品類齊全，中午和晚上都有送餐服務，很不錯，味道也還行。
前台和客房工作人員都是微笑示人，會主動給客人打招呼就很加分。
房間很寬敞明亮，設計合理。
房間內建議配置一個加濕器，晚上根本無法開啟暖氣入睡，特別乾燥。
所有工作人員的培訓明顯都很不錯，除了其中一個保安，缺乏基本的禮貌。
