From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. What impressed me most was the staff's genuine care and attentiveness to my family's every need. This was especially true when my five-year-old twin sons became ill with altitude sickness. The hotel staff immediately stepped in to help and looked after them so well, which as a mother, made me feel incredibly relieved and at ease. For our stay, we chose the Family Suite, which was the perfect choice. The room was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for the kids to run around and play. With two separate beds, everyone got a good night's sleep! The food here was another highlight that my whole family loved. We especially enjoyed the roasted pork ribs that were so tender they melted in your mouth. There was also a special dish, a kind of sweet sticky rice pastry, which was a unique and delicious dessert. Finishing the meal with some refreshing chilled watermelon was the perfect touch. Even though it rained throughout our trip and we missed the chance to see the beautiful mountain views, our stay was still so worthwhile. The hotel's location is ideal, whether you're using it as a base before heading into the national park or as a place to relax after a long day of exploring. Beautiful room with a great view. Reception lady was exceptional accommodating providing us with tea and snack upon arrival. She walked us around the small town and showed us where the ATM was and to her favourite restaurant. It was a long journey to the snowy mountains but her warm and sweet attitude made it worth it.
