設施：很全，很好
衞生：保潔阿姨每天都給打掃的乾乾淨淨的，
環境：好，周邊吃飯也很方便，不用出酒店就可以吃飯，餐廳乾淨衞生，
服務：好！尤其是前台的小姐姐服務到位，有求必應！

這次去興寧與老戰友相聚，昨晚在貴酒店住了一晚，不僅酒店硬件設施配套齊全，停車也方便，服務員的素質也非常棒！
早上離開酒店後，我夫人把一件衣服忘在酒店了，當我們駕車從興寧回到汕頭時才發現衣服忘帶了，我抱着試一試的心態撥打了樺昌大酒店前台的電話，接電話的小妹非常耐心，立即幫我去詢問清理房間人員關於衣服之事，很快就得到了答覆，説確實有一件衣服留在了房間，並很爽快的答應幫我寄過來！於是，我與前台加了微信，我把地址發給了前台，請前台人員幫忙寄給我。
她們這種熱心服務的品德值得稱讚！👍👍

挺好的，不貴！而且房間很大酒店大堂也很大，挺寬的！一大早起來拉開窗簾看城景挺舒服的，但房間燈有點暗哦還有空調也需要升級一下，製冷效果不是很好。
