Nine View Lake Fondney Hot Spring Hotel ★★★★★

📍 No. 9, Building 2, No. 8 Yachi Village, Xingning

"Took my parents and kids to Jiuchong Lake for the weekend, and the whole family raved about it! The hotel's location is super convenient, just a turn off the highway, which is great for older folks. The Chinese garden is quiet and elegant; strolling through it was incredibly relaxing. The staff are very service-oriented and always greeted us. The front desk was efficient and patiently answered all our questions. The room hygiene was impeccable, and the facilities were complete. The Hakka cuisine tasted authentic, and my parents said it reminded them of home. There were many types of hot spring pools, and the temperature was just right. The overall experience was almost perfect, and we'll definitely be back!"

Lavande Hotel (Xingning High-Speed Railway Station Branch) ★★★

📍 Building 8, Phase 9, Ningjiang New City, Xingning

"When staying at a hotel, the biggest concerns are cleanliness and noise, and this place excels at both. The location is great, making it easy to catch a taxi or take the subway. Inside, it's so quiet you can only hear the faint hum of the air conditioning. As someone who's a bit of a clean freak, I thoroughly checked the bed seams and corners, and everything was spotless. The staff were excellent at anticipating guests' needs. This sense of cleanliness and comfort really helped me relax and let my guard down."

LUX CABINS Hotel (Meizhou Xingning Station Xingyi Plaza Store) ★★

"Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. They provide three simple meals a day and a dedicated laundry service. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were very friendly and helpful. However, at this price point, the cleanliness and facilities are noticeably inferior to some chain budget hotels. For example, disposable slippers weren't provided, and there were many lights in the room, making it hard to turn them all off at once."

Hongyuan Ecological Resort Hotel

"A hotel on the verge of bankruptcy, with the same person serving as both front desk and security guard, and the rooms smelling terrible—it's strange that this kind of hotel can still charge 485 yuan. Ctrip is really ripping people off."

Jiuchonghu Hakka Hot Spring Courtyard

"The sanitation is very poor. There is garbage under the bed and it is not cleaned. The villa room I booked is not hygienic at all. The bathroom is worse than an ordinary hotel. There is no floor mat. It feels like a public bathroom. The very ordinary swimsuit in the hotel costs more than 400 yuan. The dining facilities are not up to par. There are only vending machines. The restaurant only opens for takeout when it arrives at the store. It is too remote to deliver. The children have to drive out of town when they are hungry. The overall experience is very bad. I will not go there again."

"I came to Xingning temporarily for two days and was attracted by his memory pillow when I booked the hotel (I didn't sleep well). After I checked in, I found that the price was very high, the environment was clean and odorless, all the details were in place, and the mattress and quilt were very comfortable. The boss and waiter were very enthusiastic and gave small gifts and dumplings. At the price of the people, the level of a high-end hotel is worth recommending!"

Registration was quick, and I received my room key. The room facilities were new and complete, and it was very clean. They also offered free luggage storage, which was great. The location was convenient, making it easy to hail a taxi and order takeout. There were also many green plants, especially the one near the entrance, which was quite pretty."

Ci'enlu Country Art Hotel

"I went there because it was formerly a general's residence! When I first called to inquire, the owner told me not to book a room in the guesthouse type, claiming the conditions were average, similar to a hostel. I booked a room anyway, thinking I'd spend one night there. Later, they called to say the water heater in my room was broken and demanded I cancel and book a more expensive room. It was already late, and why should I bear the responsibility for the business's problem? I disagreed, and they offered to upgrade me to a deluxe king room, but as you can see in the pictures, the hygiene was terrible. The shower gel in the bathroom hadn't even been changed! And it didn't feel like they were cleaning at all! Also, the hallway light shone through the glass at night, making it impossible to sleep. This accommodation was worse than a hostel. The receptionist was quite nice, but the owner was very rude. Later, when I ran into him, he actually said, "I've already been very good to you." What does that mean? If you can't maintain your rooms properly, don't open for business! If you don't know how to provide proper customer service, don't take bookings. Don't waste such a fine general's residence!"

Nine View Lake Fondney Hot Spring Hotel ★★★★★

"Traveling to Jiuchong Lake on a weekday, the garden design is beautifully layered, offering new views with every step. The tranquil atmosphere is perfect for capturing the changing light and shadows. The hot spring pools, with their misty, ethereal vibe, are absolutely stunning, and the private hot spring courtyard is ideal for effortlessly snapping zen-like photos. The Hakka cuisine, though simply presented, is vibrant in color and generous in portions, making for great lifestyle shots. The breakfast buffet also offers good photo opportunities. With fewer crowds and beautiful scenery, it's a fantastic place for creative endeavors, offering excellent value for money. Highly recommended for photography enthusiasts!"

Liankang Wealth International Hotel ★★★

"The deluxe king-size room I stayed in this time was the same as the standard room I stayed in the last few times. There was no difference, but the price was different. Moreover, the room was not cleaned properly this time, and there were cigarette butts by the bed. I felt that the experience this time was a little worse than the last few times. I hope the store can improve it."

Yuting International Hotel (Liankang City Ningjiang Park Branch) ★★★

"I chose this hotel based on a friend's recommendation, but my experience was terrible. Strangely, the hotel corridors were completely dark, eerily so, and a bit scary. The noise was deafening; the plaza downstairs was incredibly noisy at night, and the building across the street was also very loud. The hotel's soundproofing was practically nonexistent, severely impacting my rest. The room layout was very poor, feeling cramped and oppressive, making me feel extremely uncomfortable. When I requested a room change at the front desk, the staff were impatient and showed absolutely no service awareness. I was told that "changing rooms would cost extra," and they claimed that "single rooms have a fixed layout on each floor," refusing to offer any reasonable solutions. The price was severely disproportionate to the experience; it failed to provide a basic quiet environment for rest, and the service was both impatient and terrible."

"A fantastic stay, exceeding expectations! The room was spacious with excellent natural light and ventilation, and the cleanliness was meticulous, spotless from the desk to the bathroom corners. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the toiletries were of high quality, easily comparable to a star-rated hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, completing check-in and check-out in seconds, and even thoughtfully providing information on nearby attractions. The hotel's location is superb, with convenient taxi access, a wide variety of dining options nearby, and a quiet atmosphere at night. This stay was perfect for both business and family vacations, offering excellent value for money – highly recommended!"
