Xinmi Wenlan Hotel

Facilities: The light suddenly went out in the middle of the night. Service: The staff had no service ethic. I stayed at this hotel on a business trip to Xinmi. It's hard to describe! Let's not talk about the facilities, but the service. With such a nice decor, why can't they have professional management? The staff management, attitude, and approach to service are beyond praise! It's such a shame! A light going out can be fixed, but how can the quality of service and ongoing management be improved? What's really annoying is the service attitude and the way the issue was handled!

After checking in, both the room environment and the location were very good. There was also a free fruit plate, and the underground parking lot was very convenient. More importantly, I would like to express my special thanks to the front desk lady and the cleaning lady. I forgot my jade necklace in the room, and they called me to confirm whether I had forgotten it. Once again, I fully affirmed and thanked the service of Wenlan Hotel.

Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the warm and attentive service of the hotel staff. During check-in, the staff patiently explained the hotel's amenities and services (free parking, free laundry, and free shoe shine), making for a particularly warm and welcoming experience. The room was clean and hygienic, the smart system was simple and convenient, and the mineral water was free, with more available. Furthermore, the hotel's "refund if not satisfied" policy gave me peace of mind during my stay. Their confidence in service quality and respect for their guests is truly admirable. The hotel's fireside tea service is especially noteworthy. On a winter afternoon, enjoying a pot of hot tea and some snacks while gazing at the mountain views from the 25th floor is truly relaxing!

差評，差評。浴室三個洗漱瓶有倆是空的，渾身都濕了，才發現，你説這個澡我咋洗？房間的管理就這麼差。退房時要求開發票，説好了馬上給開，結果等一下午沒給開，發現前台在玩**直播，**上又提醒了一遍還是不給開，晚上微信又找他門，依舊就是不給你開，這個服務是真的差。還有什麼歡迎水果，眼罩啥的我根本沒看到也沒人給。早餐很一般，餐廳連個服務員都沒有，做個混沌都找不到人。

房間非常好，酒店環境很不錯，智能感應很方便，前台服務也是特別好，很周到

酒店體驗非常棒！酒店入住就有免費下午茶，精緻的點心、香醇的咖啡和優雅的環境，讓我在繁忙的旅途中有了一段愜意的休憩時光。早餐也是豐富多樣，好吃又美味，服務人員還很親切。房間也是乾淨衞生、智能客控真是讓我感受到了科技帶來的便捷和舒適，在房間還能看到整個城市的景色真是不錯！服務更是沒的説，前台熱心指引、耐心解答我的問題，客房大姐看到我帶了電腦還給送鼠標墊，還給洗襪子，真是絕了！是我住這麼多次酒店沒體驗過的，下次出差必須還來！
