She was elegant and composed when burning incense, and her movements were steady and precise. And, and I must emphasize, when making incense tablets, she was incredibly dedicated. I strongly suggest the owner give Ms. Zhang an extra chicken leg every day after get off work! Facilities: Very new and quite clean. Environment: Every step reveals a beautiful scene, with an atmosphere embraced by mountains and forests. Service: A very lovely young woman provided gentle and considerate service; we learned a lot from her."

Zhengzhou Yinji Ice and Snow Hotel
"This hotel is super close to Animal Kingdom and Ice World, just a 5-minute walk away. Staying here also gets you early access to Animal Kingdom 30 minutes before opening (a lifesaver during peak season!). We originally booked a Polar Bear King Room, but since it was my birthday, the front desk automatically upgraded us to a family room. Our room even had a view of the Animal Kingdom's 9 PM fireworks show. The hotel has plenty of entertainment facilities. The breakfast was decent, nothing spectacular. Room amenities felt a bit average though; there were too many light switches, and it was hard to tell which one did what – a master switch would be great. I'd suggest removing the carpet from the rooms (it gets dirty too easily and is hard to clean). Also, adding more towel and clothes hooks in the bathroom would be a good idea. Overall, it's a pretty good spot, especially for families traveling with kids."

"The hotel experience boils down to three things: food, accommodation, and environment. While the accommodation and environment at your hotel were quite good, this was my first time staying at Qianna Hotel, and the breakfast experience was extremely poor. This is the first time I've given a negative review, and it's for your hotel. Your hotel's breakfast hours are 7:00-9:30, but when I went at 8:45 on February 21st, most of the food and drinks were gone. I suspect other guests who went to the restaurant after me had the same experience. The main dishes, soy milk, and millet porridge were all gone, leaving only spicy soup and some side dishes. When I asked the staff, they were initially unclear, but after checking the kitchen, they said they were also out of stock. How does your hotel ensure breakfast during the Spring Festival? Is there no emergency preparedness? My experience at your hotel was terrible! Terrible! Terrible!"

"The hotel within the scenic area was exceptionally nice, with a lovely courtyard and comfortable accommodations. The bedding and towels were incredibly clean, much cleaner than I expected for a hotel in a scenic area. The young lady who greeted us at the parking lot was also incredibly kind; she patiently gave us directions when we got lost, helped us find our way, and even drove us to our room in a little car after check-in. She was such a gentle girl. The front desk staff even quietly hung breakfast on our doorknob the next morning – so sweet! 😍 Overall, the stay was fantastic, and I've already recommended it to my friends."

"Mountains, water, cabins, swings, and even a kitten—it's simply perfect, outdoors and seamlessly integrated with nature. The hotel offers rooms in various styles, each little house beautifully unique. Every corner is photogenic; you can clearly see a lot of thought went into the design. We booked a sunset movie in advance for dinner; watching a film on the mountaintop was so romantic. Breakfast was delicious, and we finished both lunch and dinner—the home-style cooking was superb! Every staff member was incredibly friendly, providing one-on-one service and fulfilling even the most unexpected requests. So thoughtful! I'll definitely come back next time."

"The facilities of this five-star hotel are not as good as those of ordinary express hotels. Ctrip should not have inspected the site. They are too irresponsible. The wall paint is peeling, there is a musty smell in the corridor, and the air conditioning is not well managed. The old five-star Chengyude really needs to be renovated. Yinji Huangdi Palace Yu Hot Spring Hotel (Animal Kingdom)
"This hotel is really great! It's close to all the attractions, and after a long day of sightseeing, you can relax in the hot springs. The housekeeping staff, particularly Zhang Jianqiu and Chang Xianghong, were incredibly warm and efficient. When I wanted to use the hot spring, Sister Chang meticulously cleaned the tub. Seeing that I had a child, she even proactively gave us extra water. At the restaurant, Yang Jingwen noticed my child couldn't reach the table and immediately came over to ask if we needed a high chair. However, there were a couple of minor issues. I booked for two nights, but for some reason, I had to renew my room card on the second day, which I've never encountered before. Also, when I checked in, the front desk took my license plate number and said it would be registered until my departure. But when I left, I found out it hadn't been entered, and I had to contact them again to sort it out."
