荷塘月色值得推薦的酒店，之前去過一次，這次意外的驚喜收到酒店的人員給我們送的小禮品和小卡片，而且衞生也非常乾淨，前台人員的服務也很熱情，樓層打掃衞生大姐也很有禮貌，推着車可能準備下去了，看到我們在主動給我們讓電梯[強]，退房的時候前台人員很熱情的問開車了嗎？出去記得掃碼，太贊啦[強]，下次來還住荷塘月色酒店

酒店的外觀以及前台大堂裝修給人的感覺挺好的。比較的體面
設施：房間的設施有些陳舊，也許是因為設計上太中規中矩
衞生：衞生方面差強人意。
環境：環境上也算是一般般。對於這個新鄉一座非旅遊城市的這個價格的酒店算不上性價比
服務：服務上還有待提高。但是酒店的附加服務上還是有很多使人覺得便利的地方比如，免費的接送車。

早餐比較好吃，種類有許多，出門就有公交車，可以直接到胖東來，離高鐵站很近，還可以預約送過去，衹不過要提前説，挺方便的，二樓也可以點菜，不用出去外邊找飯店，服務員推薦我們點的**團購，菜品可以，也不算貴！推薦

下高速一會兒就到了，房間還不錯，那天空調沒開有點冷，前台小姐姐為表示歉意，退房贈送了小禮品和水，很耐心介紹了周圍逛街和吃飯的地方。有免費宵夜和延時退房，這2點挺好的。

該酒店岀了高速公路很快就到了，絕對是自駕遊朋友的理想酒店，還免費的停車場。酒店的服務人員無論是前台還是餐廳的都很熱情、認真。客房潔白乾凈，餐廳舒適衞生，早餐品種繁多非常可口。酒店的服理念非常有特色：1、免費送站；2、免費夜宵；3、免費延遲退房；4、房間物品損壞免賠償。。。。。太暖心了！！朋友們有機會來體驗一下吧。
