"I rarely write reviews, but this place really surprised me so much that I had to write one to express my love for it! First of all, the rooms are mostly detached, so the soundproofing is quite good, and you won't be disturbed by noise from upstairs or downstairs. I booked a loft this time, so the accommodations upstairs and downstairs were also very convenient. The room was very spacious, with a large tatami mat on the upper floor, and the living room was also very large, making it feel very spacious. Upstairs, there were twin beds. Surprisingly, the place even provided two face masks and makeup remover wipes, which was really thoughtful. They also provided a very cute children's toothbrush, making it perfect for family trips! Besides the excellent hotel accommodations, the facilities are also top-notch. There's a beautiful restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast while gazing at the scenery – a truly relaxing and comfortable experience. Below, there's a lovely café where you can order coffee for yourself. Many people also sit and read, finding peace and tranquility – a true journey for the soul. Down by the river, there's a huge camping area with a canopy, tables, chairs, and even barbecue grills. You can just bring your own food – very convenient and hassle-free. The view of the river and distant mountains is truly stunning! It feels like every type of customer can find their own comfort here, whether it's friends camping, family outings, couples relaxing, or simply enjoying the scenery alone – it's perfect for everyone!"

"I stayed at this hotel while in Xinxiang for a project meeting. The location was great, with free parking. After work in the evening, I strolled around Pangdonglai Restaurant, which was only a 10-minute walk away. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the service was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xinxiang."

"The triple room was really good, perfect for our family of four. The cleanliness was excellent, and the design was very well thought out. They even offer a shuttle service to and from Pang Dong Lai (a local department store/supermarket). Getting around from here is pretty convenient; all three Pang Dong Lai stores are not far, and it’s easy to get to them using a shared bike. There's a lamb soup restaurant next to the hotel – can't recall the name, but it was delicious. We spent a day at Baoquan Scenic Area and then did some shopping at Pang Dong Lai."

Xinxiang Jianguo HIDDEN Garden-Style Hotel
"We booked three rooms for two consecutive nights. On the third day, we wanted to extend our stay for one more night. However, the price for each room on Ctrip had increased by over 50 yuan compared to the original booking. We discussed this with the hotel front desk, hoping to extend our stay at the original price, but they clearly stated that they could not accommodate this and could only offer a slight adjustment based on the increased price on the platform. We had four elderly people in our group, one of whom was nearly 80 years old and required a wheelchair, making it difficult for them to move around. Changing hotels and moving four suitcases would have been very inconvenient and physically taxing for them. However, the hotel did not offer any discount for extending our stay and did not consider our two-night stay or the special difficulties of the elderly and mobility-impaired guests. We were left with no choice but to either pay the increased price or move to another hotel with our elderly companions. After so many years of booking hotels on Ctrip, this was the only time we had such a poor experience. We sincerely hope that both the platform and the hotel can pay more attention to the actual difficulties faced by elderly travelers and handle extension requests reasonably."

The feedback on hygiene, facility settings, objective problems and subjective service awareness issues have nothing to do with where you come to visit. Is this the cultural service concept of Qiana Hotel? We came to Xinxiang Qianna Hotel with the expectation of experiencing the service awareness of Qianna described by Zhu Feng, and booked seven or eight rooms successively. This is a sign of our trust in you. You did not face up to the problem when there were negative reviews. You should first deliver on the service you said to your fans and live up to your external publicity. You cannot even live up to the standards you said, and you still give such low-level replies on the reviews. First, stop lying to your customers, and then come out to learn."

"We arrived in Xinxiang around 9 PM on our first day and checked into the Lizhen Hotel. It was better than expected, so we immediately extended our stay for another night. The room was clean, well-laid out without feeling cramped, and even had a massage chair – perfect for our hiking trip. After returning from the Southern Taihang Mountains, the staff were covered in mud, but they still offered laundry and drying services. Our clothes smelled wonderful after washing, and the breakfast the next day was also good and delicious. The smart home system in the room was very convenient, and the location was excellent – right above Sanpang! The service was superb.
