On our departure day, our train wasn't until past 3 PM, and the hotel kindly extended our check-out time for free until 2:30 PM. Thumbs up!"

"The service was very poor. I drove here. Because it was a new car without a license plate, I needed to call the hotel in advance when entering. I called in advance several times when I came in and out. The second time, the door wouldn't open. A security guard came over and directly informed me that he wanted to charge me. He also had a bad attitude. I called twice and finally the door was released. After entering, the front desk and I asked the security guard to apologize, and the front desk explained that the security guard was off duty. I said: I will pay him 100 yuan and let him take a taxi. All he needs to do is apologize. In the end, the hotel had no results. I had a lot to do that day and originally wanted to check out and go to the hotel next door. It is recommended not to stay in this hotel again."

Xinxiang Jianguo HIDDEN Garden-Style Hotel
"We booked three rooms for two consecutive nights. On the third day, we wanted to extend our stay for one more night. However, the price for each room on Ctrip had increased by over 50 yuan compared to the original booking. We discussed this with the hotel front desk, hoping to extend our stay at the original price, but they clearly stated that they could not accommodate this and could only offer a slight adjustment based on the increased price on the platform. We had four elderly people in our group, one of whom was nearly 80 years old and required a wheelchair, making it difficult for them to move around. Changing hotels and moving four suitcases would have been very inconvenient and physically taxing for them. However, the hotel did not offer any discount for extending our stay and did not consider our two-night stay or the special difficulties of the elderly and mobility-impaired guests. We were left with no choice but to either pay the increased price or move to another hotel with our elderly companions. After so many years of booking hotels on Ctrip, this was the only time we had such a poor experience. We sincerely hope that both the platform and the hotel can pay more attention to the actual difficulties faced by elderly travelers and handle extension requests reasonably."

"We arrived in Xinxiang around 9 PM on our first day and checked into the Lizhen Hotel. It was better than expected, so we immediately extended our stay for another night. The room was clean, well-laid out without feeling cramped, and even had a massage chair – perfect for our hiking trip. After returning from the Southern Taihang Mountains, the staff were covered in mud, but they still offered laundry and drying services. Our clothes smelled wonderful after washing, and the breakfast the next day was also good and delicious. The smart home system in the room was very convenient, and the location was excellent – right above Sanpang! The service was superb. Worry-free travel • Enjoy free pick-up and drop-off service from the high-speed rail station: Very satisfied!"

"Friendly and polite staff. New hotel with modern facilities and rooms. The rooms are spacious and well arranged. I didn't have the chance to try the restaurant or the breakfast, as my schedule was very tight. The hotel is a little isolated. The nearest shopping centre is around 2km from the hotel. The hotel staff can assist you in taking delivery at the hotel. Definitely stay again if I ever visit Xinxiang in the future. The only negative of the hotel is that, although the hotel is new, the power sockets accommodate only Chinese plugs and USBs, so if you are travelling from Europe, you should bring your own adaptor."
