訂了豪華一房一廳雙床套房，廳不算大，但設施也算齊全，個別床墊中間就點下陷，不舒服。
酒店環境好，乾淨。服務到位，餐廳、酒店，總體服務不錯。雲泉谷泡池不算多，但有個泳池可以游泳，温泉爽滑舒服，但水要自己取，沒服務員遞水到池邊。半山觀景環境舒服，空氣清新。入住酒店有免費纜車坐，上山頂有幾個景點遊覽拍照，景色不錯，有山有水，一覽眾山小。除可泡温泉和游泳，還有個小童水上樂園，整個生態園區散步都很好，不會很累，是遊玩，休閑，療養的好去處，推薦大家去試試。另外象窩茶好香好飲，每房間還送二支和一大瓶3L的象窩山泉水，清甜可口。餐飲方麪茶香雞不錯！

非常差的體驗，房間裏面的設施非常的舊，沙發是起皮的，晚上非常多蚊子，重點就是餐吃好差，在暑假期間大客流量，用餐排隊非常長時間，好不容易等到吃的，足足等2小時多才能吃上晚飯，結果非常難吃。酒店的温泉區也非常的小。根本不值這個價格。

房間很乾淨，前台服務員態度有禮貌。
參加了酒店免費的徒步活動，嘗試親手採茶葉，導賞員思思講解很用心。
茶藝表演又品賞了紅茶和綠茶，沖茶的人員也講解的很用心。
晚上去雲泉谷泡溫泉，溫泉品種多，環境很乾淨，溫度也很熱，每個都是小泉，可以邊泡邊聊天。
最喜歡就是酒店依山傍水，空氣十分清新，很適合小假期來放鬆一下。
美中不足就是晚餐選擇餐廳太少，自助早餐則人太多，對食物沒啥要求的話還是可以接受的。

房間非常乾淨，而且很舒服，設備齊全乾凈，有星級酒店的感覺，裏面有很多遊玩項目索道上去五個景點。樓下徒步不同風光，泡温泉非常舒服是去了還想去的地方。秋收的感覺很好，
房間還有喝茶的，非常舒服寫意，感覺比天露山好玩。
