"They upgraded our room for free when they saw we were traveling with elderly people, and the front desk service was excellent. Every staff member we encountered greeted us proactively. The hot spring pools are cleaned and refilled with fresh water around 9:30 AM. The hot springs are about 41°C, and I particularly enjoyed the red wine and rose pools. The milk bath was a bit too hot for me at 43°C. There are 7 outdoor pools in total. I soaked until 10:30 PM last night and went back for another dip around 9 AM this morning. The breakfast buffet offers a great variety, and I even had a homemade butter honey coffee! It's super close and convenient to Guo'en Temple. They also provide drinks and fruits at the outdoor hot springs, and the red bean paste was quite tasty, as were the pears. Very, very satisfied."

One can sleep two people, but if it is peak season, you can't add a quilt. At that time, we were three people who asked for a twin bed 1.5 room. Ask the front desk to get an extra water and don't give it. It is said that you have to pay two yuan to give it (saying that the boss asked for it, one more is not good). To be honest, it is the first time I have encountered such a lot of water and I am unwilling to give it. And the sound insulation of the hotel is very poor. When I got up at night, I accidentally found that there was a very wide gap under the door of the room, and even his own slippers could be stuffed with such a thick bottom."

"1. The room had an unpleasant odor and a musty smell. We contacted the front desk, and Auntie Ya came to check and spray air freshener. Auntie Ya's attitude was rather poor; she used water as air freshener, which we later discovered. She said it would start to smell fresh after spraying, but we didn't notice the smell at all. We immediately asked Auntie Ya to use a different air freshener. Auntie Ya's attitude was really problematic. 2. The breakfast was poor; there was nothing to eat, and no chef was making noodles on the spot. And there was no coffee. 3.
