"This is probably the best value-for-money hotel in Yunfu Xinxing. The rooms are bright, clean, and tidy, and they're cleaned daily with water replenished. The staff are polite and always greet you. Downstairs is a large shopping mall with plenty of food and drinks, so you don't have to worry about that. The only downside is that food delivery isn't brought directly to the room; you have to pick it up on the first floor yourself."

"This was a perfect hotel for us to spend 10 days in Xinxing. Fantastic location, very close to everything we needed (especially the coach station across the road as we returned to Hong Kong from there). The staff are all lovely and super-helpful, very nice restaurant and loads of other places to eat nearby. The room was plenty large enough for us and nice & clean. Plenty of water, tissues, tea provided every day. Hotel WiFi works well but we mostly used our own SIM cards as they skip over the firewall. We are already looking forward to returning next year!"

"This trip with my family was made so much easier and more pleasant by the hotel arranging a private car to pick us up from Xinxing South Station. It saved us a lot of time! The hotel itself is high-end and stylish. The front desk attendant proactively gave my child some candy, which made them very happy, and even offered us disposable children's slippers and toothpaste. The service was thoughtful and attentive – truly wonderful."

"The room is large enough, with a 2.4-meter bed, allowing a family of three to lie down without disturbing each other. There was a coffee table for making tea, with a large bottle of water, and they also gave me some nice tea from the owner's own tea garden. I bought two bags before leaving. The bathroom is also old, and the towel disinfection cabinet is very good. The Xiaodu speaker is also very good. I listened to children's songs all morning. The tea room on the first floor is the breakfast spot. Although the place is not big, the food is exquisite and delicious. The staff responded quickly. Knowing that we like drinking tea, they brewed some wild tea from the boss's private collection for us to try. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay."

"The room space is relatively large and the living is more comfortable, but the hot spring area and restaurant are far away. It is slightly inconvenient to pick up and drop off by shuttle bus. The hot spring water in the room is good, probably two pools of water can be soaked, the temperature is hot enough."

"My stay at the Xinxing Xianju Resort Hot Spring Hotel in Yunfu, Guangdong was a delightful surprise! The indoor hot spring atmosphere was fantastic, with private and comfortable soaking pools where the mineral water nourished my body and mind. The service was warm and attentive throughout, from check-in guidance to responding to my every need. The vegetarian buffet was plentiful, refreshing, and healthy. The package included hot spring access and dining, offering excellent value for money. Combined with the minimalist, Zen-like living environment, it's a highly recommended place for a relaxing vacation!"

"They upgraded our room for free when they saw we were traveling with elderly people, and the front desk service was excellent. Every staff member we encountered greeted us proactively. The hot spring pools are cleaned and refilled with fresh water around 9:30 AM. The hot springs are about 41°C, and I particularly enjoyed the red wine and rose pools. The milk bath was a bit too hot for me at 43°C. There are 7 outdoor pools in total. I soaked until 10:30 PM last night and went back for another dip around 9 AM this morning. The breakfast buffet offers a great variety, and I even had a homemade butter honey coffee! It's super close and convenient to Guo'en Temple. They also provide drinks and fruits at the outdoor hot springs, and the red bean paste was quite tasty, as were the pears. Very, very satisfied."

"The swimming lanes are great, and the kids had a blast playing in the water. The waterside room type is super convenient as you can step right out into the swimming lane. The only downside is there are quite a lot of mosquitoes. The buffet also offers a wide variety of dishes."
