酒店客房在恆大小區內，算是高端住宅了，房間設施，衞生都挺好。優點也是缺點就是離高鐵站比較近，也就是離市區比較遠。。。

♥位置：坐高鐵出差需要再信陽留宿一晚，選擇了這家酒店，離高鐵站非常近，步行不到十分鐘就到了，第二天坐車離開也很方便，不用着急起來趕車。房間是在一個小區裏，進出刷卡，非常安全，給人的安全感很足！
♥服務：在攜程預訂好了，樓下有大廳招待，登記好領取房卡，前台小哥哥非常熱情，需要什麼都能夠儘量滿足，服務非常到位！而且價格也非常實惠！
♥衞生：這個我真的太滿意了，整和房間非常明亮通透，不像有些酒店還有小黑屋。衞生間非常乾淨，牙刷，頭套，吹風機，沐浴露，洗髮水都很齊全！
♥傢俱：這個真的吹爆！房間非常大，有沙發和桌子，小沙發可太舒服了！而且整個房間都支持小愛智能家居，可以用小愛同學關燈，用小愛關電視，這個價位能配備這樣的設施，我我真的是愛了
坐高鐵的uu們，強烈推薦這家，我住的是地中海分格，還有一種分格更舒服！以後來信陽就這家了！！！推推推！

酒店服務態度很好，房間很大也很乾凈，因為需要洗衣服，房間還有單獨的洗衣機，老闆還給升級了房型，很推薦

房間面積很大，馬桶蓋很臟，卧室有面鏡子不是很理解，建議拆掉，其他感覺都還行把，樓下吃飯挺房產，有早餐店

設施：很不錯的，基本日常用品都有，而且房間很大，住着很舒服。
衞生：還可以，蠻乾淨。
環境：也很不錯，而且周邊距離信陽東站衹有1公里，交通非常方便，周圍環境也很好。
服務：服務態度很好，前台的小哥哥小姐姐都很好，總之算是非常滿意的一次信陽之旅，以後有機會再來還會選擇這家。
