Dissatisfied. No screens on the windows, mosquitoes, and loud street noise. Facilities are damaged and unrepaired. Soundproofing is poor. The room size doesn't match the actual size. Ctrip's on-site inspection and review were lax.

I was lucky. I spent a lot of money to buy the exterior window, but the woman at the front desk said it was out of stock. The processing was slow and there was no service nearby.

It's very bad. The free breakfast in the hotel is terrible and there are very few varieties. When I went there later, all the food except the porridge was cold. The restaurant environment is also dirty and messy. The elevator hall is scary dirty.

Aside from the breakfast and the spacious room, I couldn't think of any other good things.
1. On our first day, the front desk told us there was no hot water for showering. I was fine with that, but the water was lukewarm for the next few days. I ran the water for 20 minutes and it was still warm. I thought it was the wrong shower time. The water was the same temperature at 6:00 PM, 7:00 PM, 8:00 PM, 9:00 PM, and even 11:00 PM. It was all thanks to the hot weather that day that I could use warm water.
2. The free shuttle service: The front desk stated it was from 7:20 PM to 10:00 PM, but the driver refused to leave after 9:00 PM. I went down to wait for the shuttle at around 8:00 PM. When he returned after 9:00 PM, he said he wasn't leaving.
