Stayed for a one-night layover - hotel is very close to the airport but unfortunately there aren't really any sidewalks on the way to it so it's not walkable. While we took a cheap taxi, if you contact them they will also send over a shuttle for free. As with everywhere in the area including the airport itself, English was not particularly fluent but some desk staff spoke enough that there wasn't any problem, and translation apps work well now otherwise. The room was huge and everything was clean and pleasant. Zhang was particularly helpful taking up our bags and shuttling us back and forth to the airport which is also the metro stop. Great experience.

This hotel is a ”treasure choice” for travelers! The service details are very considerate: the waiter can help with laundry, which is very friendly to business travelers; not only is the parking space free, but car covers and car clothes are also provided, making parking worry-free~ The accommodation experience is full: the room is comfortable and clean, the toiletries are comfortable to use, the air conditioning cools quickly, and it is a complete ”lying flat” stay experience! The surrounding convenience is amazing: there is a food street outside, which is a delight for foodies; it is close to the airport and there is a pick-up service, so you don't have to rush to catch an early flight. This configuration really hits the travel needs!

Staff are friendly and helpful.They waited for us in the airport to pick us up.The next day they send us back to the airport punctually. In short, I am very satisfied with Zhengzhou Airport Xi'an Hotel in terms of location, facilities and services. It is an excellent choice for business trips or travels. The hotel boasts a superb location, with the subway station just a little over 100 meters away. As soon as you step into the lobby, you're greeted by a delightful and familiar signature scent. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, with meticulous attention paid to every detail. Breakfast was outstanding; they've truly gone the extra mile. The staff were incredibly proactive, warm, and always happy to help with any questions. We felt completely at home and will absolutely be returning for another stay.

Close to the airport, near by, have one small mall with supermarket. The food at hotel is also very good. Staff all friendly.

The room was great, and the front desk staff was very friendly. They upgraded our room, provided free airport drop-off service, and gave us a small doll when we left. I will choose Novotel again when I travel to Zhengzhou in the future.
