酒店位置比較不錯，周圍有超市和菜市場，但是吃飯要走一定路程才找到。酒店門口有停車場，我們到時已經停滿了，停車場沒有人管理，我們沿着路標開到了地下停車場，地下停車場很大，環境有點亂，同樣沒有人管理，貓狗都在裏面做窩。地下停車場有電梯通到酒店，挺方便。住宿房間還不錯，乾淨衞生，床品舒適，衹是電燈開關太少，一個開關控制好幾個燈，使用不是很方便，其中衞生間，浴室和洗手池的燈由一個開關控制，晚上睡覺時想留一個衞生間的燈，就衹能是幾個燈同時開着，其中洗手池是在廳裏的，燈亮着影響休息。早餐還不錯，有炒菜和現煮的麪條餛飩。

房間意外的大，整齊乾淨，洗手枱從衞生間裏移到了門口，更方便，風格有點像全季。早餐在16樓，有現煮的麪條和餛飩，還有些炒飯炒麪蔬菜常規自助餐的品種，味道還不錯。酒店位置不在市中心，離敬亭山倒是不遠。

在城區北邊，不是市中心，稍微有點偏，不過往南走一公里左右就是北門老街，吃飯方便，往北一公里就是敬亭山。房間挺大，設施也比較新，住的感覺不錯。不過提三點意見。一是淋浴間沒有防滑墊，瓷磚地面不僅有點滑還有點涼。二是長者喜歡自己帶毛巾，但房間裏完全沒有掛毛巾的地方，衹能掛在掛衣服的地方（敞開式的，沒有門），建議在衞生間智能馬桶後面的旁邊安裝一個可摺疊的簡單毛巾架，以供有需要的客人使用。三是沒有放用過的毛巾浴巾的編織籃。希望酒店越辦越好吧

酒店環境很好，門口停車場很大，方便停車。大堂乾淨，員工熱情。辦理入住很快。入住期間，有問題打給前台，都很快能解決。房間比較幹靜，空調給力，是智能馬桶，坐圈加熱，自動沖水。對於冬季非常友好。早餐品種不多，能吃飽。不足：冬季早餐端上來有些涼了，建議開啟下面的加熱，不然吃涼的，肚子不舒服。還有房間地面角落注意衞生加強。還有煙灰沒清潔乾淨。其他都很滿意。
