大中午訂的房間 晚上入住房門一打開床都是亂糟糟的 臟亂差 給前台打了兩個電話才慢悠悠上來 上來第一時間不是解決問題 而是解決不了 沒辦法 無法處理 讓我們直接走 大晚上兩點多讓人走 也不給換房 最後實在不行了才給換房 一個酒店連個吹風機都沒有 前台電話形同擺設 服務態度很差 從入住到發現問題 第一時間不是解決問題 而是推卸責任 讓提前預訂的顧客走人 個位入住的慎重吧

唯一的優點就是房間面積大，看圖片訂的295的價格在鎮上不算低，遊客的話不建議選擇，完全就是當地人婚宴消費場所。樓道一股煙味酒味，晚上KTV吵到半夜，隔音太差，樓道經常大聲喧嘩。酒店服務管理也差，前台一點服務意識都沒有，客房衞生到處都是灰塵，馬桶搖晃感覺就是放在那裡的，平時都不檢查嗎？

這次出行住過的酒店裡最不滿意的就是這家，理由是：由於很重要的事不得已要取消入住，商家沒有與我商量溝通、擅自將我的訂單弄成已離店。沒有給我任何理由和解釋説不能取消入住。最基本溝通都不會了嗎#服務垃圾差

天元酒店剛開業不久，在我們美麗的蘇荷古鎮，算得上最好的酒店停車，比較方便，周邊有一條小河，環境還是挺好的，值得外來的朋友推薦給你入住。就是上次住的時候沒有早餐，不知道現在有沒有早餐。

對於前台服務不是很滿意，上班時間不以顧客為主，忙着接電話。對於蜀河來説這個酒店不錯了，當然價格相對來説跟西安一樣

酒店比較新，服務也還可以，停車方便。除了離古鎮中心區稍遠一點，大概1.7公里，別的還可以。如果是自駕遊的話，值得推薦。

簡直太失望了，酒店前台玩小聰明，之前定的因為攜程價格低，酒店不給兑付，説系統問題，這次定的到前台，明明定的豪華大床，他故意給你弄成便宜的雙人間，這種小聰明有意思嗎，打開門做生意的誠信哪裡去了？

常年出差用攜程。第一次遭遇這麼垃圾的酒店。去前台辦理入住告訴我們沒有房間了（去之前在攜程看過了房源充足）。之後就問前台攜程不是房源充足嗎？前台回覆你不用訂，沒有房間。於是開車離開。在小鎮轉了快一個小時還沒有合適的酒店。打開攜程之後發現該酒店還有房源，於是訂了兩個標間。前台竟然確認了。於是我們又去酒店，竟然又能入住了。問前台為什麼剛才説沒房，前台支支吾吾。也是夜深了，不想沒完沒了，就拿了房卡睡覺去了，體驗很差。前台很不專業，而且面無表情，好像你欠她錢似的。
