房間的設施略為舊了一些，地上的地毯也是比較斑駁。
優點主要是離火車站真心近，過了馬路就是。而且就在主幹道上叫車停車都方便，樓下也有24小時便利店，便利性非常強。
服務人員服務態度和水準還是比較不錯的哦。

前台服務姐姐非常熱情，還有熱飲歡迎….還給你介紹了一大堆好玩好吃的美食和地方….趕緊不像別的點評那麼不好啊….體驗過來非常舒服。出行也非常方便。

酒店位於徐州站正對面，出門過馬路有24小時營業的水餃麪店，左走可以到寶龍商場，非常方便。到達當晚徐州0度，開了熱水五分鐘都沒有熱，所以第一晚沒洗澡。隔天早上為了前台才知道原來管道老舊，要開15分鐘差不多才會有熱水，所以第二天晚上終於洗了舒服的熱水澡。退房時還很幸運的抽中一個財神爺首飾寶貝，太高興了！

房間有些地方會有點陳舊，可能會有一些痕跡，不影響居住，而且很乾凈，酒店選了好久，害怕踩雷，好不容易下定決心這家，沒想到住下來的體驗感非常不錯，給滿分！
