The breakfast is just too ordinary. I will not stay here again. The swimming pool is nice, but today I saw someone spitting by the pool after swimming, which made me feel disgusted! The service staff is good.

The hotel is very new. The front desk check-in attitude is good, there is no queue, the business is skilled and honest. They sent a breakfast, although it was Dada noodles eaten in the city, it was also very considerate.

The hotel is located on the bank of the Qingyi River in the central area of ​​Ya'an. There is a long green belt along the river, and the scenery on the other side is beautiful. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. The service staff in the lobby, front desk and restaurant are warm and thoughtful. Dinner was also at the hotel. I ordered pickled pepper fish and pepper rabbit. I haven't tasted authentic Sichuan flavor for a long time. It's great!

1. The front desk responded 0 to the guests who booked with Ctrip, although the complaint was made to IHG China region and was not resolved. 2. The housekeeping department forgot to put the bath towels after cleaning the room. After reminding to replenish them, it took 23 minutes to bring them. Although the auntie who brought the bath towels could clearly hear someone taking a shower in my room, she still insisted on opening the door to check if there were really no bath towels. She did not understand privacy and respect for guests at all. The point is that after checking out, she also called to ask me where the extra bath towels I took yesterday were. It can be seen that the internal staff has almost 0 work experience, and I have not received any feedback from the hotel since the complaint. 3. As above, the room cleaning did not knock on the door at all, but opened the door directly to clean; and there were unknown blood stains on the sheets. 4. Breakfast went down at 8:30 (see picture). When the tourists were full, there were 0 seats, 0 ushering, and 0 replenishment. There were Western dishes but no knives and forks. The chopsticks had to be taken by yourself and there was only one broken chopstick left. The whole mess was so chaotic that I thought it was a fast hotel. 5. The elevator control is a decoration. You can go up and down at will. 0 safety. This is the second IHG hotel in Ya'an that I have stayed in. The service is even worse than the Holiday Inn Express in the same city. At least the Holiday Inn Express gives guests souvenirs (although it's just two pieces of tea leaves). Don't stay here, it's a waste of money and mood.

Ya'an finally has a better hotel. The location and rooms are OK. It's basically the Crowne Plaza standard, nothing special about it.

They apologized for not being able to accommodate me last time due to a sudden problem, and I received the best hospitality! I would like to stay here again.

I took my parents and children to stay in Ya'an for the last stop of my trip to Western Sichuan. It is the only five-star hotel in Ya'an. It is newly opened and the decoration facilities are very good. The hotel thoughtfully upgraded 2 rooms. It is the best choice for tourist hotels in Ya'an. It is highly recommended.

The room was too stuffy and there was only a small window that could be opened a crack. The air conditioner can only be turned on at 31 degrees, and cannot be adjusted for heating or cooling. Call customer service and have us turn it off. In addition, the carpet only has a mattress, and the facilities in the room are very messy. The promised welcome fruit plate was not delivered probably because we checked in early in the morning.
