衞生可以，唯獨就是前台服務態度差，拉着臉，沒有笑容，需要培養職業素養！！！昨晚辦入住的時候前台發脾氣使勁敲鍵盤，今天退房我需要開發票，多開17元，前台在算税點，然後旁邊應該是店長，店長説給她們點個好評，税費免了，我説不用，我出税點，前台説多開18元，税費2元，不是1.7元嗎？她們説不收帶點的錢，四捨五入……

房間下水道確實臭，跟服務員説了換了房還是有味道，其實這是一家新開的賓館，沒有電梯，但老闆也沒用心經營，解決臭味很簡單，上網買一個下水防臭的才幾元就可以解決的事，又怎麼還有那麼多投訴呢？
