"Stepping into the bright and spacious lobby of Zhiping Hotel, the staff were warm, attentive, and meticulous in their service. Being older, we weren't very familiar with using mobile phones, and the staff proactively helped us solve our problems. The rooms were large, stylishly and elegantly decorated, with separate washroom, toilet, and shower areas. The hotel also had a convenient laundry room. The breakfast restaurant was spacious and bright, offering a wide variety of dishes; there was bound to be something you'd like."

"The service was absolutely terrible! When I called to ask about disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, they just said that at such a cheap price, they didn't provide them. It was late at night, and the area is mountainous, making ordering takeout inconvenient. They didn't seem to care about the guests at all. I wasn't even this angry when the hotel sold disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. The order page showed they were provided, but this is the result of my phone call. There were no slippers either; the order page showed they were, but they weren't. I had to ask for a hairdryer… Whether I called or went to the front desk, the attitude was the same. I've stayed in hostels, guesthouses, and hotels before, and this is the first time I've encountered such service. If they're not going to provide anything, shouldn't they at least make that clear before check-in so I'm not in a bad mood?"
