The room is quiet, and I'm very grateful to the front desk lady for upgrading my room! The busiest night market is right next door to the hotel, making dining very convenient. The hotel also has a takeout spot downstairs, and the fried dough sticks in the morning are freshly made, with good soy milk too. A very satisfying experience!"

"Staying two nights in a row in Yan'an was a truly satisfying experience. They offer porridge and small dishes after 9 PM, and breakfast is also excellent. For exploring the city, the hotel provides a shuttle service, but you need to book an hour in advance – a feature that sets them apart from many other hotels. On our second day, the hotel even recommended a great travel agency for a trip to Hukou Waterfall. All in all, I'm very satisfied and will definitely recommend it to my friends."

"Facilities: During the off-season, we were upgraded to a terrace room at the neighboring Jia Hua Hotel. It boasted standard five-star facilities, and the wooden tables and kang (heated brick bed) preserved the historical charm of Yan'an, giving guests a pleasant surprise. Environment: The terrace was right outside the door, a stone's throw from the snow view. It's early December now; it should be even more beautiful in a month or two. Service: We experienced the attentive care expected of a Starwood hotel. Thank you to butler Xiao Feng for his assistance during our stay."

"The room was very clean, bright and tidy, with a high ceiling that felt very comfortable. Entering the hotel lobby felt spacious and airy, a feeling that continued into the room. The room was a good size, with plenty of cabinets and a table, very convenient and comfortable. The soundproofing was generally good; only people walking and talking near the room door were noticeably quiet. The window seemed to have a slight crack; you could hear some wind whistling, but I was almost awake at the time. Parking was easy; there were plenty of parking spaces. We arrived in the early morning, and the front desk checked us in very quickly, which was great. I would definitely come back next time. By the way, it's not far from Furen Lane Night Market. We drove there, arrived at 2 pm, and there were still shops and stalls open when we went to find something to eat."

"I booked this hotel because it had a stellar 5.0-star rating, and my stay was absolutely fantastic! The experience was top-notch! The location is super convenient, just a few hundred meters from Wuyue Plaza, making it an easy walk. Exploring Yan'an was a breeze. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, and the attention to detail made the stay so comfortable. The value for money is outstanding, and the breakfast was especially rich and varied. I highly recommend trying the 'hollow noodles' that were featured in 'A Bite of China' – many other hotels nearby don't offer this for breakfast, only this one does! Staying at Zhiping Hotel (Qingshui Tianhe Branch) is definitely the way to go."

It is also a twelve minute walk from the coach station, so very convenient if you want to take a bus to Hukou Waterfall, Wave Valley or The Canyon. I chose a Kang room, even though it was summer, and it was a novel experience. The staff were all friendly, and breakfast was fine. There is currently no laundry room in the hotel for guests to use."
