"This was my first time staying at the Wanda Meihua Hotel in Yan'an. The front desk staff, Casey, were very attentive and welcoming, even providing welcome fruit. I was very satisfied. I booked the Meihua, but they upgraded me to the Jia Hua Hotel. The breakfast at this hotel was also quite good. Compared to several hotels in the same price range, this one truly exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was warm, and the air conditioning and Wi-Fi were excellent. It was so comfortable! The elderly guests enjoyed their meals. I'll definitely bring my children here next time. The Hanxue Hotel is great value for money. I recommend opening the curtains in the morning to see the small garden downstairs and have a cup of tea. Highly recommended for its great value!"

"Staying at the Wanda Jin Hotel in Yan'an this trip was an absolutely fantastic experience. Lily, the Guest Relations Manager, helped us with travel tips. The hotel is very close to Pagoda Mountain. The complimentary fruit in the room was a local specialty, Yan'an apples, and they were incredibly flavorful – I've never tasted such delicious apples before. Lily even noticed our large thermos and proactively helped us refill it with four bottles of water. The concierge always greeted us with a smile, whether we were coming or going. Many thanks to everyone!"

"The room was relatively new and the environment was quite nice, with a park right next door. However, the staff's service awareness seemed weak. That evening, when we parked our car and retrieved our luggage from the trunk ourselves, the staff standing at the door didn't help with the luggage and were very indifferent. The front desk staff handed the room key to us with one hand and barely said a word. I had just returned from a trip to a southern city where hotels always helped with opening car doors and taking luggage, and the front desk staff always handed room keys to guests with both hands; they were very welcoming. I hope the hotel can improve its service awareness and enhance the guest experience."

"The room was very clean, bright and tidy, with a high ceiling that felt very comfortable. Entering the hotel lobby felt spacious and airy, a feeling that continued into the room. The room was a good size, with plenty of cabinets and a table, very convenient and comfortable. The soundproofing was generally good; only people walking and talking near the room door were noticeably quiet. The window seemed to have a slight crack; you could hear some wind whistling, but I was almost awake at the time. Parking was easy; there were plenty of parking spaces. We arrived in the early morning, and the front desk checked us in very quickly, which was great. I would definitely come back next time. By the way, it's not far from Furen Lane Night Market. We drove there, arrived at 2 pm, and there were still shops and stalls open when we went to find something to eat."

The room is more spacious and bright than the picture, the sanitation is spotless, the bedding is soft and comfortable, so that I, the person who recognizes the bed, sleeps until dawn. In particular, I should praise the location of the hotel. It is the bus station/business district when you go out. It is super convenient to travel and foraging. Whether it is hardware facilities or soft services, this hotel has shown a high standard and high cost performance. It is highly recommended to all friends!"

Yan'an Zuo Mo Hotel
"The hotel is newly opened. Although Pagoda Mountain is across the street, you have to take a taxi (minimum fare) to get to the revolutionary site of Pagoda Mountain. Taxis are very convenient for getting to all revolutionary sites in Yan'an, so don't even think about walking. Our room, 502, faced the railway tracks, and the rumbling noise did disturb our sleep. There were only two sets of laundry equipment, so you had to queue if it was busy. The self-service breakfast was decent for the price, but there were many tour groups, and it was hard to find a seat during peak hours. The free hotel shuttle service could be improved. It would be helpful to inform guests beforehand that they need to take the escalator down at Yan'an Station to the ride-hailing pick-up point, and that drop-off at the station is only on the opposite side of the road, to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings. Overall, this hotel is still acceptable, and drinking water is freely available."

"I recently found a fantastic hotel and I must say, it was a wonderful stay. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the thoughtful details in the room, every aspect left me satisfied. **Location & Convenience:** The hotel is conveniently located near many popular attractions and restaurants. For example, Erdaojie Night Market is just a five to six-minute ride away. Transportation is also very convenient, whether you're taking a taxi or public transport. **Room:** I originally booked a Deluxe King Room without a window, but the front desk kindly upgraded us to a room with a window since there were available upgrade options. The room was spacious and fully automated, which was very convenient. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the sheets were spotless. The floor was also impeccably clean, and the bathroom facilities were very modern. **Service:** The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. From the front desk receptionists to the housekeeping staff, everyone displayed professionalism and enthusiasm. **Dining:** The hotel's breakfast buffet was quite good – light, simple, fresh, and delicious. The hotel also offers free parking both above and below ground, with plenty of spaces available. There are also several excellent restaurants located right downstairs from the hotel that I'd recommend trying. Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel. It's a great choice for both business trips and leisure vacations. I'm already planning my next visit and will definitely recommend this place to my friends."

I actively communicated with the staff and they understood and would handle it. This is a good hotel worth recommending."
