For exploring the city, the hotel provides a shuttle service, but you need to book an hour in advance – a feature that sets them apart from many other hotels. On our second day, the hotel even recommended a great travel agency for a trip to Hukou Waterfall. All in all, I'm very satisfied and will definitely recommend it to my friends."

"I always stay at this hotel when I travel for business, and occasionally I get a room upgrade, so my experience has always been good. But today, I experienced what it means to be taken advantage of. @Yan'an Culture and Tourism, it was raining, and it was really hard to get a taxi to the high-speed rail station. I couldn't get a ride through Didi or Gaode. I don't know why? Is it automatically filtered out, or is the hotel really that remote? Because my departure time was short, I contacted the hotel to see if they could arrange a car, and they immediately asked for 200 yuan! A taxi usually costs 15 yuan! Thinking back, the hotel wasn't wrong, but shouldn't there be a standard price for hotel services?"

"The room was very clean, bright and tidy, with a high ceiling that felt very comfortable. Entering the hotel lobby felt spacious and airy, a feeling that continued into the room. The room was a good size, with plenty of cabinets and a table, very convenient and comfortable. The soundproofing was generally good; only people walking and talking near the room door were noticeably quiet. The window seemed to have a slight crack; you could hear some wind whistling, but I was almost awake at the time. Parking was easy; there were plenty of parking spaces. We arrived in the early morning, and the front desk checked us in very quickly, which was great. I would definitely come back next time. By the way, it's not far from Furen Lane Night Market. We drove there, arrived at 2 pm, and there were still shops and stalls open when we went to find something to eat."

"I booked this hotel because it had a stellar 5.0-star rating, and my stay was absolutely fantastic! The experience was top-notch! The location is super convenient, just a few hundred meters from Wuyue Plaza, making it an easy walk. Exploring Yan'an was a breeze. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, and the attention to detail made the stay so comfortable. The value for money is outstanding, and the breakfast was especially rich and varied. I highly recommend trying the 'hollow noodles' that were featured in 'A Bite of China' – many other hotels nearby don't offer this for breakfast, only this one does! Staying at Zhiping Hotel (Qingshui Tianhe Branch) is definitely the way to go."

"I stayed in room 8806. The bedding was quite clean, and it was my first time experiencing a Northern Shaanxi-style *tuokang* (heated brick bed), which was absolutely fantastic! However, I did discover some hygiene issues: there was mold in multiple corners of the bathroom shower, and the sink's drain pipe was leaking onto the floor. I hope the hotel takes these hygiene concerns seriously. The hotel lacks a laundry room, and given the hot weather, it would be great to have facilities for washing and drying clothes. Breakfast was decent, and the à la carte dishes for lunch were quite tasty. During my four-day, three-night stay, I visited several 'Red Tourism' sites, including Ganquan Grand Canyon and Wave Valley, as well as some century-old restaurants in Yan'an, which was a wonderful experience."

There are many red streets selling goods and attractions in the surrounding area, which is very suitable for travelers and students with limited budget. Staying in a hotel is a good choice. I will stay here again next time I come to Yan'an."

This was the only thing we encountered during our 40-day road trip (we've forgotten power banks and face wash at other hotels, and they always contacted us immediately). I'm only giving this bad review because of the service."
