帶着孩子卻連早飯都吃不上！服務冷漠，體驗極差
入住時前台完全沒有告知早餐具體時間，第二天早上帶着孩子過去，雖在常規早餐時間內，但已在大規模收餐，員工衹顧埋頭收拾，無視到場客人。
最關鍵的是，當我抱着孩子正準備夾一點餐車剩下的食物時，一位員工竟然直接告訴我們：“我們員工還要吃，後面員工還要做午飯。”
這句話真的讓人寒心到了極點！帶着小孩出門，就是想讓吃上一口熱乎的早飯，結果不僅沒吃到，還感受到這種被驅趕和漠視的態度。酒店最基本的人性化服務和温情盪然無存。哪怕你好好説“不好意思我們來晚了，餐品不足了”，我們都能理解，但“員工還要吃”這個理由，完全沒把顧客的需求放在眼裡。
帶着孩子遭遇這種情況，更是加倍尷尬。酒店方未能履行其基本的服務承諾，此次體驗完全不合格。希望管理層能重視此問題，至少做到明確公示營業時間，並培訓員工用更職業的方式與客人溝通。

住宿體驗挺差的。房間燈光很暗，行政房辦公也沒有枱燈，打了好幾次電話要枱燈，沒辦法説要投訴了，才給送來，以後不會再來了。

68元的早自助餐請看下圖，噴頭是掉地下的，怕索賠反覆告訴客户不是我乾的😅，先訂了一間便宜的，後退訂又換了一間貴的，離店後客服打電話問我住的是哪間，目前我迷惑中，無語，請攜程客服答覆。

優點: 酒店外有小公園,既交通方便又比較安靜。衞生間和浴室是獨立的。早餐較豐富。
缺點: 沒有家庭房，但標間兩張1.5米寬的床能稍許彌補一下。早餐券是兩張，小孩如需就餐要單獨買票，價格較高。
