Excellent hotel in a historical building - there is a large JBL speaker and a steam iron. Service was good as well - I had food delivery brought to my room. Gym is large and well equipped.

Good hotel, airconditioning worked well and the room was clean. Like many hotels in China, smoking outside of the rooms was allowed and the bed was really hard.

The hotel location is near everything, but we can't sleep well because the temperature in the bedroom was not cool. We complained to the front desk, but it seems the Aircon in the whole hotel was setting at a certain temperature, which was not comfortable for us.

心情特別複雜的一次住宿。低分部分是給客房的管理自己一部人員工的。
帶長者出遊，想着畢竟是老牌的國賓館，各方面應該蠻有保障，結果三天住下來喜怒摻半。環境很好，進門的大堂挑高十幾米，背景的壺口瀑布大型壁畫也是很氣派。辦理入住比較快速，長者在旁邊延安酒的展示區坐着休息，沒人趕，老闆還主動倒酒給長者嘗，這些都讓大家非常開心。商務室關門很早，6點就不能用了，晚上比較急的要用電腦，前台美女把他們的辦公電腦借給我用，也是很感謝她們。以及門口禮賓都很不錯。
讓人不開心的是1.空調。那幾天延安非常熱，但不知道怎麼每天夜裡空調都不好用，第一個晚上過去就打電話給客房説空調有問題，反饋説安排排查。結果第二天又是半夜熱醒。又打電話結果説是空調壞了，還沒修好，問什麼時候修好，也不知道，也沒有補償，就一個保潔大姐拿了幾瓶水過來，真是讓人挺無語的。
2.退房的時候，家裡長者把酒店的洗衣袋給裝走了，酒店打電話過來説需要賠付。沒問題，加了WX，沒有任何客套，什麼你好都沒有，直接説少了洗衣袋51元。OK，轉賬之後説了一下為什麼長者會拿洗衣袋，因為長者説客房寶潔把長者裝衣服的口袋收走了她沒有東西裝衣服，反饋這個情況哪怕你客氣的説一下不好意思以後我們加強培訓或者核實一下什麼的我都沒意見，但沒有任何反饋，收款完事！真行

位置非常優越，離二道街夜市步行幾分鐘，火車站公交直達。服務枱小姐姐推薦的鈺yi涼皮非常好吃。唯一不好就是酒店走廊隔音效果奇差，悄悄話都能被聽見的程度。

服務非常ok！前台態度優秀，有問必答，手腳麻利。大堂非常地氣派和莊重。我問前台幾星？前台説沒有星，是國賓館。真的很正派的感覺，跟國際星級連鎖完全不同。正國慶期間，訂的早，房價非常感人！！！基本上接待外國遊客，政府官員比較多，散客比較少。賓館內部配套也很棒，有超市有理髮店，超市甚至是24小時的。房間裝修一看就很公務風，國營感，但是很乾凈，房間除了走廊隔音稍欠，其他都很好。沖淋水量賊大賊爽快！下次有朋友來延安，一定按頭安利。馬路對面走幾步就是二道街夜市一條街，很熱鬧！走路800米左右就能看到燈光秀寶塔。但沒有什麼特別的，屬於來都來了，打個卡證明一下到此一遊。
