專門訂了一間有浴缸的房間，可是沒有熱水。問了服務人員，説正在修，可以連晚上帶白天的都沒有熱水。我是真沒辦法了。這麼多年第一次體驗沒有熱水的民宿賓館。希望以後能改進

國慶和朋友一塊兒訂了兩間房住兩晚上，入住當天就給説沒有熱水，店家説當天晚上會來熱水，結果到了晚上熱水還是沒來，去問店家就説是去維修了，等到第二天早上了還沒熱水，人掏了這麼多錢住店，結果沒熱水，洗不了熱水澡，還得找別的地方再自己掏錢洗澡，打了投訴電話協商解決，老闆態度一點兒都不好，本來出來玩還高高興興，現在一點兒玩的心情都沒有了，還把人弄得都不高興，還行，我們打了舉報電話，讓我們高抬貴手，體諒他們，誰來體諒我們，掏着錢住店兩天都沒有熱水用，還要和人吵架。

第一次延安之旅，金延安區域真的很讓人驚喜，顛覆了我們概念中對延安的印象，保留了原味又增添了新文藝氣息，整體大環境的清新自然加上當下的氣候，舒適感100分，民宿窯洞設計風格到店後免費給做了升級整體房間設施較好，服務也是可以的。對延安印象很好，未來還會再選擇前往

房間設施齊全環境很乾凈整潔，住起來很舒適，服務員的服務態度很棒，一個短頭髮的女老闆特別熱情，可以説有求必應，酒店位置景區中心，門口吃喝玩樂應有盡有，距離寶塔山，革命紀念館幾公里，前台還有免費冷飲吃，停車免費，下次還會選擇這家酒店，為老區人民點贊👍
