房間樓層很高，目測3.2米一層都有了，沒有壓抑感，大氣。房間衞生很好，住的舒服。國慶在前台入住需要排隊半小時等候，三個前台非常忙 但最後發現三個人是一起辦手續，經過幾手都是衹有以後一個人辦入住，其他都衹是前期接洽溝通😅😅。雖然有推薦後面排隊的客人去C座辦入住，但帶着一堆行李和小孩，大家都不願意拖着行李跑去另外一棟樓。最吐槽的地方是前台反饋攜程當天下午六點後下單預訂的訂單，到了晚上九點半酒店系統都沒查到，折騰半天才能領到房卡。另外最差的是AC棟住的，第二天都早餐都集中在B座用餐，A座早餐廳不開。一千五六百人去B座餐廳用早，人多沒吃的 煎雞蛋都靠自己煎蛋才能吃到，面對人多管理方這個非常沒計劃和預案？

可以泡温泉，可以打籃球，泳池也是1米2到1米6深、25米的大池子，温度很好特別棒。環境很美，房間也很大，洗浴用品味道也很香好用。送了早餐不錯！性價比很高！如果有洗衣房的話就完美了！

一般不對外接散客的酒店，國慶節期間對外接待而且價格很合適！
設施：外觀很新，客房上千個，户外環境很好，有籃球場網球場和健身房
需要注意的是，恆温泳池不在一棟樓裏，在温泉酒店區域而且單獨收費
之前有些誤解，賀經理很負責任地解決了，感謝
衞生：整體很乾凈，細節上還需要再注意一些
早餐偏簡單，延安本地特色很少
這個價位算性價比高了
位置：在新區，距離延安站得半小時車程，距離楊家嶺，棗園開車約一刻鐘，周邊不堵車是優勢
