昨晚上入住，體驗極差，入住時沒有空調，後來叫人來開，打到半夜又沒有空調，説是: 不是開空調的季節，拜託，昨日的最高氣温可是38℃啊！叫人半夜熱醒，無法入睡，電話還找不到打前台的按鈕，早晨起來太熱了，衹能急沖沖的逃出酒店。
浴室的淋浴房地漏不通暢，洗把澡，積水能夠到腳踝，真是噁心死了，，，
奉勸大家不要住這家酒店了，名氣好聽，設施已經太陳舊，管理也是一塌糊塗的。
酒店前台的服務還算到位，也是衹能勉強住的，下次肯定不來的。

地理位置優越，就在相府莊園還能看春秋演出，距離皇城相府和古堡也特別近，有免費的電車接送。環境安靜服務也特別熱情。

設施：有智能語音房，本次入住的三間房中均為標準間，房間內冰箱，保險櫃，單人沙發等齊全
衞生：酒店內及房間內衞生乾淨（小建議：房間內可提供一次性馬桶墊等）
環境：酒店的花園、草坪非常漂亮，酒店內還有適合小朋友玩兒的遊樂場及小朋友餵動物的牧場等
服務：酒店服務很貼心，端午節當天晚上到的，每個房間內還送的有粽子，酒店辦理入住的前台還為入住的人員提供的有入住禮物（小香囊及五彩繩）
辦理入住時還送了酒店內的玻璃漂流項目票

在山上的獨立莊園，周邊環境綠化很好，有擺渡車到皇城相府，餐廳飯菜可以更加多樣化，整體好評吧

環境優美，房間寬敞，很適合親子出遊。
離店有東西遺落第一時間提醒，非常感謝。早餐種類多但是品質一般。衹有煮雞蛋，早餐腸建議更換，希望用杯子替代一次性紙杯。
安排在離電梯口處，晚上10點左右遊客返回非常吵，以後有小朋友入住合理安排房間

酒店設施太老了，最搞笑的是因為領導來檢查，車竟然不能開到大堂，要自己把行李推到停車場，整個酒店瀰漫著唯上和官僚主義

房間很大，酒店有健身房泳池，在皇城相府景區旁的山坡上，周圍都是植物，空氣好，適合長者孩子。早點再提升一下更好。
