房間寬敞，功能齊全，環境乾淨，床品舒適，安靜。特別滿意。家人十年前居住過，帶我們來玩又推薦此處。還會推薦朋友來。
飯廳水杯強差人意，一次性紙杯降低檔次，也不環保衞生，劣質紙杯可能在高温下釋放有害物質。

服務很到位，就是設施老化的厲害，房間裏有不明飛蟲，異味嚴重，最奇葩的是衞生間的排風扇和燈是一個開關。晚上關了吧臭味拍不出，開着呢燈亮睡不好，最後衹能開着窗，穿着厚衣服睡的覺。要不是服務人員很到位，我真想退房走人。總的來説這個酒店就是個沒落貴族。

洗澡水是黃的，服務員説多放放就好了，放了半天了水還是黃的，最後澡也沒洗！
早上起來正在換衣服，服務員門都不敲直接刷卡進來了，説是查房，我們也沒報退房啊！這……

停車位充足，環境不錯，但是房間設施老舊，軟件服務也跟不上，缺乏服務意識。早餐品種不多，咖啡和茶都沒有，正經杯子都不提供，擺摞紙杯子搞得像招待所。

服務：，不錯前台也熱情，餐廳服務員態度和藹，飯菜好吃，早餐不錯，乾淨衞生，要有點肉肉就好了😬

酒店環境很好，停車方便，距離皇城相府和郭裕古鎮開車很近，適合自駕。現在入住人少，有點冷清，早餐是套餐。酒店後邊有個莊園，還沒恢復
