Facilities: The door lock keys are rusty, there is no quilt on the bed, the faucet in the bathroom doesn't work well

入住的時候床上的床單破了個洞，家庭旅館，我也不想讓店家換了，條件簡陋些沒關係，可退房後説我用爛床單換走他的好床單了！我大老遠出去玩，行李很重了，拿你一條床單幹什麼用！簡直莫名其妙！俺們出去咱回去了院子大門鎖了，回不去，給店家打了五六個電話，一直説馬上到，就是不見人，足足等了半個多小時，最後電話裏叫嚷起來了，人才回來。
