Bu kadar ahlak kurallarına uymayan bir işletme görmedim.ben bu otele giriş yapamadım çünkü ülkeye girmedim .ve otelden ücret iademi istedim önce vereceklerini söyleyip beni oyaladılar elimde mesajı var sonra trip.coma iade etmeyecez demiş.ve ırkçılok yaptılar .ben ülkeye girmediğim için 48 saat yol gelmek zorunda kaldım ateşlendim kötü bir deneyimdi benim için .asla tercih etmeyin insani duyguları olmayan ahlaki kurallarını olmayan bir otel

На одну ночь. Не работал слив унитаза, поэтому снизила. Оч оч скромный завтрак. По расположению наверное удобно, но я только ночевала между самолетами

Average hotel, the bathroom didn't smell too good, some people on the reception were good and some were not, the television didn't work the breakfast was cold need to invest in some silver salvers, pretty good view from my room.

Booked a room 2 days before check in, hotel canceled it 1 hour before check in, saying it was a program error. After reading some reviews, I saw it happens man times in this hotel. I guess if they sell a room for a higher price or a longer stay, you stay without a reservation. I also contacted the hotel one day before check in about leaving luggage after check out, they said it is possible and nobody mentioned anything about overbooked reservation. If you want a room in Yerevan, stay away from this hotel.

Lo único que nos gustó es que nos ayudaron el primer día y gestionaron el traslado al aeropuerto sin problemas ni incidencias. También está bien situado, y el desayuno es correcto.
Todo lo demas la verdad que mal:
Habitaciones mal aisladas (entraba frío por la ventana). Muchas cosas rotas: el WC roto, el radiador roto, la cama muy incomoda… la ropa de cama de tan mala calidad que generaba electricidad estática y saltaban chispazos cuando te movias. No funcionaba el pago con tarjeta, tampoco tenían cambio para poder pagar con dinero… un desastre. No recomiendo.

Я была готова к некоторым неудобствам исходя из отзывов, но все оказалось гораздо хуже. Из плюсов могу отметить только включенные завтраки, т.к. по близости нет кафе. Все остальное оставляет желать лучшего. Уборка очень посредственная, при заселении полы были грязные, повсюду чужие волосы. Во время проживания убираются исключительно по просьбе, в остальных случаях даже не выносят мусор. Постельное чистое, а вот покрывало и само одеяло были в пятнах. На столе стоят немытые стаканы с налетом использования. Номер дали на 3 этаже, я была с чемоданом и двумя сумками, администратор даже не предложил помощь поднять это всё (есть только высокая винтовая лестница). Вид из окна на недострой. В душе грязно и не работал переключатель с крана на душевую лейку, на просьбу отремонтировать, администратор пришел с каким-то инструментом, что-то подкрутил, еле как начал работать тропический душ, но обычная лейка так и не работала. А вишенкой на торте стало расположение отеля — он находится на горе рядом с заброшенными зданиями, чтобы до него дойти вам придется преодолеть примерно 100 ступенек или крутой подъем в гору, если заходить с другой стороны. Мой совет: лучше переплатить за комфорт и выбрать другой отель с лучшими условиями.

Отель в целом не плохой.Хорошие сытные завтраки.Расположен в пешей доступности от основных достопримечательностей города, несмотря на то, что находится не в цетре.Хороший отзывчивый персонал.В номере холодильник,телевизор ( в нашем случае каналы не были настроены и самостоятельно настроить не возможно),зеркало, фен, полотенца ( жили в двоем полотенца были на одного, после уборки добавили еще для рук, вообщем на полтора человека), тапочки,мыло, шампунь, зубные щетки, уборка по запросу. Из недостатков хочется отметить, что на двух спальную кровать была простынь маловата , т.е не закрывала полностью матрас и очень скользкая , также ее невозможно было никак закрепить в итоге к утру просыпаешься на голом матрасе.И неудобно расположенный унитаз, сидеть на нем можно только с боку из за близко расположенной стены душевой. Стоить учитывать и географические особенности Еревана, если собираетесь возвращаться в отель пешком.Отель находиться в удалении от основных маршрутов общественного транспорта на горе.Если идти коротким путем от разрушенной канатной дороги то придется приодолеть две лестницы в общей сложности 109 ступенек либо идти в обход в гору до 1км.
