THE HILL Yerevan
9.3 (40 reviews)

THE HILL Yerevan ★★★

📍 1 sero khandzadyan street, Yerevan

"Great hotel, for this price - the best! Firstly, a gorgeous view of the city, an observation deck with benches. Taxi gets there quickly (Yandex works in Armenia, it costs pennies). It's a bit far to the center on foot) Secondly, a clean, cozy room with everything you need. There is a kitchen with dishes and a stove, towels, slippers, toiletries. We stayed for 4 days, they cleaned us ☺️ The reception is polite and attentive, they answered promptly and resolved issues"

Hayasa Hotel Yerevan ★★★★

📍 54 Leo St, Yerevan

"We stayed for 7 nights at Holiday Inn Yerevan. The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The sleep quality was very good, with comfortable beds ensuring proper rest. However, housekeeping service needs improvement, as it did not consistently meet expectations. Overall, a good stay with a great location advantage."

Mövenpick Yerevan Hotels in Yerevan

Mövenpick Yerevan

"This is an amazingly stylish, beautiful, and new hotel. It's located practically on Republic Square, but not in the noisy epicenter – rather, it's set back through an archway into a quieter courtyard. The staff are incredible; I particularly enjoyed the service at breakfast. The breakfasts themselves are out of this world: they have absolutely everything and it's all of very high quality – fresh juices, champagne, cheeses, and cold cuts. They can also prepare eggs Benedict with salmon or a traditional Armenian omelet with tomatoes upon request. There are desserts, local cuisine, and delicious Movenpick bean coffee. The waiters and managers bring everything and explain it all. Perfect. The rooms are large, new, and stylish. The staff speak both Russian and English. We forgot a bag in our room, and the staff helped us send it to another city via Yandex Delivery. We are grateful for everything."

Felinger Concept Hotel Hotels in Yerevan

Felinger Concept Hotel

"The hotel is nice and modern, about a 15-minute walk from Republic Square. Everything you need is nearby: shops and pharmacies. The room is good and well-equipped, and breakfast is also good. The only downside was at check-in, they tried to charge us more than agreed because the staff member hadn't done an audit, which showed more nights than booked. Then, they gave us keys to a room that hadn't been cleaned. Otherwise, everything was fine."

"I liked it. Good location. Indoor pool, sauna!"

Messier 53 Hotel Yerevan Hotels in Yerevan

Messier 53 Hotel Yerevan

"Nice hotel and located close to the centre. Despite the hotel's high potential, there were some critical issues: - the first day we found some used underwear in the wardrobe and another day a wet rag on the bedside table; - there was almost nothing left to eat at breakfast (there was still 30 minutes to go); we had to complain and from the next day things improved; - the temperature in the room was not well adjustable; - in the SPA at 9.00 pm we found no towels and the sauna and Turkish bath were not functioning well (the first had no internal light and the second did not heat up sufficiently). Despite the complaints, the hotel manager did not think of giving us something to apologize in some way, but only tried to solve the problems (not always successfully). Attention to detail and customer care to be reviewed!"

Red Bridge Yerevan Hotels in Yerevan

Red Bridge Yerevan

"The room was clean, but the layout and space of the suite, plus the lack of a balcony, made it feel like poor value for money, definitely not as good as the standard rooms. The breakfast was decent, and there were English-speaking staff at both the front desk and in the restaurant."

Best Western Plus Congress Hotel Hotels in Yerevan

Kantar Hostel Hotels in Yerevan

Kantar Hostel

"I stayed at the hostel for four days in a room for four girls. The staff was all friendly. The breakfasts were really good, varied, and delicious. The location is also fantastic. I'd like to see some hooks for towels and clothes in the bathroom, as there was only one hook. A couple of glasses for dental supplies. A shelf in the shower was nice, so there was nowhere to put toiletries while showering. Curtains over the bed area are minor details, but they make for a more comfortable stay. There should be some general rules about using shared lighting and other information. There's a girl who lives in the room full-time who left her long black hair all over the bathroom and didn't put it away, took up all the space on the shared table, and kept the lights on late at night. Overall, I liked the hostel and recommend it. The Novikov cheese factory on the corner serves delicious food."

Yerevan Place Hotel Hotels in Yerevan

Yerevan Place Hotel

"The room is clear and modern. I really enjoy the stay there. The location is great, nearby National Art Gallery and History Museum. It's also near a lot of restaurants and north avenues. They have good breakfast too."

City Centre Hotel ★★★
"The price is way too high. This hotel is a steal at $35, even though they're asking $55 a night. Lots of things are broken and smashed. The room is so dirty I even had to wear flip-flops. You can see it all in the photo. They don't even tuck the blankets into their covers; they're in the closet, and you have to tuck them in yourself if you need to. The location is also questionable. Yes, it's close to the center, but the hotel is on the 2nd or 3rd floor, and on the ground floor there's a VERY noisy bar, they're really loud there. And the street outside the window is also very noisy, even though it's small. Overall, the impression is a C-star at best."

"The location is great, just a ten-minute walk to Republic Square and the Yerevan Cascade. It has a large private parking lot, which is perfect if you're driving. Breakfast was good. Downsides: It's an older hotel, so some of the facilities are a bit dated."

Holiday Inn YEREVAN - REPUBLIC SQUARE by IHG ★★★★
"What I didn't like was having to ask for everything (like amenities that should already be in the room: toothbrushes, cotton pads...). They also forgot to give us the child's voucher during check-in, even though everyone else in the group received theirs. These little things really put a damper on the experience. Overall, the hotel isn't bad and is worthy of its 4-star rating. Breakfasts are good. I wouldn't recommend dinner at the hotel; there's a great restaurant right across the street."

"The hotel is well-located and the front desk staff were friendly. Unfortunately, our room hadn't been cleaned when we arrived, so we had to wait for it to be ready. We booked a double room but received a room with two single beds that couldn't even be pushed together. Some of the furnishings are dated. Furthermore, the room door didn't feel secure as the lock didn't close properly and the doorknob was loose. Our room was in the back courtyard, which we weren't informed about when booking. Overall, we believe there's still room for improvement here."

Plaza Viktoria Hotel Yerevan ★★★★
"A great hotel for a reasonable price, the staff is polite, and the cleaning is consistent and high-quality. The room is beautiful. But our main impression is from the photos – we're crazy about this gentleman (or lady). He met us every evening and hung out with us on the veranda. We even fed him a couple of times (we tried to clean up after ourselves). If you see this handsome guy, be sure to feed him; we're worried about him!"
