During my recent stay at the hotel, I was disappointed by the overall experience. The room was far from clean, with lingering odors emanating from the bathroom that made it uncomfortable and dirty pillows with uncomfortable bed. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were very bad and late, with limited choices and low quality. To top it off, the staff seemed uninterested in providing assistance or addressing any concerns they don’t even clean the room unless you beg for it. Overall, it was a frustrating visit that did not meet my expectations.

Персонал внимателен, но ненавязчив, быстро реагирует на запросы гостей, демонстрируя понимание стандартов международного гостиничного бизнеса. Расположение отеля удачно подобрано: он находится недалеко от центра, при этом сохраняется ощущение приватности и спокойствия. Для дальнейшего развития я бы рекомендовал уделить внимание небольшим деталям — усилить фирменный стиль и добавить больше элементов индивидуальности, которые помогут ещё ярче выделиться среди других гостиниц Еревана.
