We booked the hotel through booking. There it is called Saryan Hotel Yerevan. On the day of arrival, they called the reception at 19:00 and warned that the flight was delayed, so the guests would be late at the hotel. Upon arrival, we were told that the booked room had already been rented! How is this possible? Such disgusting was not met in any country in the world.
