We stayed here last week as a family of four, on arrival we were quite late and shown to our room where sandwiches were left for us and some bottle of water as the restaurant was closed, this was a nice touch. Our first evening we were in a room above reception and was quite noisy because of the extraction fan in the bathroom going on throughout the night, we moved to a pool view room the next morning at a cost of about £118 for the week, the receptionist was extremely helpful and showed me to the room before we committed. The food was lovely, we found something to eat every night, great selection for both adults and fussy children, lunch in the snack bar was also really tasty, lots of options including salads, fruit, pizzas kebabs, chips, burgers, sandwiches and more. Bar staff were great, especially a lady called Christella who was there every day and always so happy and smiling. Whilst there my autistic son misplaced his comfort toy and was beside himself, I cannot begin to tell you how fantastic all the staff were in helping us search, they checked the laundry, called their sister hotel to see if it had been scooped up in the bed sheets and taken there, they helped us search our room, offered my son comfort and compassion. We eventually found it in our laundry bag a few hours later but I am so grateful for the support and kindness the staff and manager showed us. They were truly amazing. The pool area is really lovely and clean, my son especially enjoyed playing in the football cages as he’s obsessed with football. There’s a games room which kept them entertained and they had a bouncy castle the last few days we were there. As it was the start of the season, there wasn’t a great deal of entertainment but they had live music each night by the pool bar which was very pleasant. We left at about 8pm and we’re offered to keep our room on at a fee of 100euro but we opted for a courtesy room which we had for 45 minutes, this was more than enough for us. We loved this hotel and would definitely return, my family is from Limassol and we usually stay in that area but it was lovely to have a change and will be coming back. We couldn’t fault this hotel
