設施：易縣縣城不大，未發現高檔酒店，這個“百益城”賓館，基本設施齊全，房價便宜。安靜安全。
衞生：好。走廊、房間，打掃整理都到位。
環境：易縣公交車不多，百益城在老城區邊緣。酒店有餐館。隔壁有小超市。
服務：還好。特別是前台小楊。我們老倆口想去清西陵。但是清西陵管理方規定，我們（70歲以上）可以免門票，但是不允許我們乘坐景區交通車。我們向小楊諮詢。小楊主動打電話給景區，得知景區確有限制老年人乘車的規定，她又幫我們找正規的出租車，使我們清西陵之行得以圓滿成功。

第三天定的有窗户的大床房，結果電視打不開，前台換了個房，結果換了個沒窗户的拼接床的房！！屋裡根本不透氣！不知道咋想！！不求你免費升級，免費降級的真是第一次見！！！前台是有大病吧！！

1.百益城算是縣城很有歷史的賓館了，可能是裝修太久了，很多設施都老化。2.房間在陰面，牆面都是黑色的黴斑，睡覺時床縫也飄出黴味。拖鞋是循環使用的拖鞋，不知道是否消毒。3.房間入住率不高，桌面以及其他消費品上都蒙了一層灰4.大床房是1.2單人床拼接，中間有明顯床縫異物感5.門栓壞了

好惡心的一次體驗：好在我有第六感，在入住時和退房前都錄像留存，果然退房時説我拿走了東西，當得知有錄像又改口説東西沒少。問剛才為何説東西少了？答查房的人看錯了…
