Parts, the restaurant was busy and I didn’t know who ordered it, and the dishes were not cleaned. 設施：我們集體訂的貴賓樓，就是酒店C座，整棟樓基本衹有我們幾間入住，有種包樓的趕腳。 衞生：房間裏面還是比較乾淨整潔的，樓道也可以，電梯廳，步梯，大堂一般吧，貴賓樓一樓大堂也沒啥服務人員 環境：整體環境也對得起這個價格，餐廳就是家常菜吧，烤串是在烤串吧烤的，味道一般，大家慎重。 服務：可能受限於工作人員少的原因，基本沒啥服務，哈哈哈，不過在狼牙山景區，應該是設施和服務比較好的了，硬件還是不錯的。 希望中凱集團努力提升軟實力，加油！ 在酒店看到自己爬上的紀念塔，征服感滿滿！ 這麼近，那麼美，週末到河北！

離景點很近，停車位充足，房間乾淨，設施齊全，服務周到，對提出的延遲退房要求能夠體諒滿足。景點景色很美，也很有教育意義，很愉快的旅遊體驗。

挺乾淨衞生，房間大，安靜舒適，供應的餐也不錯，當晚睡的很好。

這是酒店早餐，不説差不差，衹有鹹菜+雞蛋+粥+味道很糟糕的乾糧，我和孩子兩個人要爬山，拿了幾個雞蛋吃，被那個服務員追問幾個人，規定一個人衹能吃一個雞蛋，一副欠她錢的鬼樣子，大早晨的，真的很想抽她，想想算了，山溝裏的**，窮鄉僻壤一堆**，衹能説這裏窮到家了，素質盡現，***丟人啦😂，當然是不會再去啦，你們真的好丟臉唉～～

一起預訂了一間家庭房和標準間。家庭房不錯。這個標準間挨着員工服務間，而且從房間看出去被牆體擋住90%，房間小。
