The staff are superb! Helpful and response promptly to requests. The welcoming drinks and tidbits plus the light, simple but warm supper was very thoughtful of the hotel.
The pick up/ drop off service from the railway station was excellent.

There is still a gap between Qiuguo and other cities, and there is no air blower;
There are no supporting facilities in this location and this service is not worth the price at all; if you have the courage to buy 400 to 500 yuan, you call to inquire about the room rate and they are told that it is more than 400 yuan and you can check it online for less than 300 yuan. Adding another room, if it doesn't work, then it won't work. That tone is really unacceptable;

這是我住過的性價比最高的酒店了。房間乾淨整潔，通風效果好，十幾度的天氣不開空調都不悶，無任何異味。還有很多智能設備，無論是小度還是智能馬桶，都科技感十足。酒店離東站非常近，參加了幾個旅行團都是在東站集合，步行過去也才十幾分鍾，開車5分鐘，非常方便。酒店還有接送站服務，總之體驗非常好！

一直對秋果印象很好，宜昌的這家離着東站很近，最方便的是有免費的接送站，前台包括接送司機態度都非常好，很貼心。房間衞生，條件不用説了，秋果一直做的都很好，信任滿意。中間參加了本地的旅遊團，回程又預訂了一日入住，休整一下。
