I booked a suite with a private pool, and upon entering, I noticed there were only two bottles of water in the lobby. They were cleaning up nearby, so I went back to ask for two more. They told me there were four, but when I looked in my room and couldn't find them, I went back out to ask again. They said they were in a small corner of the hot spring pool. I went back and forth three times before they finally agreed to give me two bottles. They even said they were supposed to charge me, which is fine, but could they at least tell me how many times I had to go back and forth? I've never seen such a stingy hotel before. The power went out twice after I checked in. I was really surprised to receive a water outage notice at the hotel. However, I don't think the water was cut off during my nighttime stay. I've never written such a heartfelt warning before; I want to warn everyone to avoid this hotel!
