"What an amazing place with amazing staff who made the experience that much better. The rooms were everything we could ask for, modern and very clean with great amenities. The private hot spring alone is absolutely worth visiting too. The surrounding area is beautiful too with lots to see and do but would definitely need to rent a car as some things are far away. The staff were incredible in every way. Before our stay I asked one of the staff members called Min if she could order flowers for a special occasion and she did so without hesitation and placed them in the room upon our arrival.She was so helpful and kind throughout the whole stay, telling us the best places to visit and restaurant to go out. She even went as far as helping us order dinner at the local restaurant when we were struggling too due to our lack of speaking Chinese. The breakfast was also delicious as well and the coffee shop where it is served has great coffee and lovely pastries. I couldn’t recommend this place more for a nice weekend away in nature."

"Yes there were alot of insects, but the campsite had alot to offer. We booked the two private tents facing each other and enjoyed the BBQ package the site had to offer. There were also many other things to do like the high tea and tea making session. The site’s service team also went out of their way to make our experience a really pleasant one. However, there were alot of noise coming into our tents from the public toilets once there were other occupants staying in the neighbouring tents and could be something to take note of when staying. Overall recommended for a short getaway from the city."

"I rented this hotel during the Chinese New Year, it was about 900/night, and I didn't sleep much the whole night. There was the sound of trains outside the window, and the heating in the room was so hot that it couldn't be adjusted. The bed was hard. The hot spring room means that there is a bathtub in the room to put hot spring water, not a hot spring pool. In addition, the public hot spring pools are relatively small. Only a large hot spring pool is open at night, like a swimming pool, and other small ones are not open. Our order was to check in after 2 o'clock, but we arrived at the store after 3 o'clock. The front desk staff said it was not available yet and it would take more than half an hour. I asked, isn't it after 2 o'clock? You can't hand over the room to me on time, but you want me to check out on time the next day? Then the front desk said that it's always like this, and then said that they have no problem... Is this the kind of service awareness? ? ?"

"Very suitable for bringing dogs and family gatherings. The hot spring water is warm enough and very comfortable. The four rooms are also spacious. There are also KTV and mahjong machines. Have a great time in the yard puppy. There are also several delicious farm dishes nearby. The housekeeper has questions and answers, and overall it is quite satisfactory!"
