"First, the bathroom lock was broken. Then, there was a pile of clean sheets and blankets outside the door. I booked this room because it had a mahjong table, which would be convenient for a family to play mahjong together. However, when I asked the front desk for the mahjong table's power cord, they wanted an extra 100 yuan! This is unheard of! Of all the hotels and apartments I've booked, this is the first one to charge me this fee. The mahjong table was already in the room, but no power cord was provided; they wanted 100 yuan for it!! And there was no mention of the extra charge when I booked the room. I'm warning other hotel guests. I will report this to 12345 (the customer service hotline) about why the price wasn't listed and why there was an extra charge!"

"It took us about two hours to drive here. The hotel is nestled within the Yingxi Peak Forest, offering a very comfortable environment. The guesthouse has a limited number of rooms, so it's not crowded. The detached villas provide excellent privacy, and the private hot springs in the rooms overlook the mountain scenery, making an evening soak particularly enjoyable. The butler service is attentive and even includes an afternoon tea. The grounds are picturesque for photos, and they are pet-friendly. It's a perfect spot for girlfriends to relax and stay for a short break. Overall, the experience was fantastic."

"This B&B is in the village, so you can easily find it by following the navigation. The B&B environment is average, and the bedding and room layout are average. They need to be consistent with the photos, but the reality is still quite different. I can only say that you don’t believe too much in the pictures. Especially in the bathroom, I can only accept it reluctantly. Special reminder 🔔If you book this B&B, there is no dinner and there is nothing to eat at night. Please make arrangements in advance. Don’t go around looking for a farm to eat at night like we did~ In general, for those of us who have requirements, I feel that it is not worth the price. The price is on the high side."

"The room was infested with cockroaches and poorly cleaned. There was dust in the corners, and the cockroaches were terrifying when I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night. The picture shows an electric toilet, but it was actually an old one. The shower floor tiles were loose and moved, a stark discrepancy between the pictures and the text. This is a 4-star hotel, advertised as being renovated in 2025, but the equipment was old and the phone was so yellowed that I had to struggle to pick it up, and I couldn't make a call. I had to run downstairs to talk to the front desk about anything. Worst stay ever."
