導航挺不靠譜，走錯兩次最後還是下車問人才知道方向。維也納一貫的裝修風格，就是客人可以隨意樓道抽煙讓整個樓層都味道不好聞，不介意煙味的問題不大。
位於東華鎮中心，樓下週邊超級方便，超市葯店零食購物都很便利，二樓直接連通旁邊購物中心，三樓直接連通旁邊商業樓的電影院，還有足浴等，不會風吹雨淋這點挺好的。
