前台服務態度較差，基本屬於沒啥服務。不冷不熱不鹹不淡，回答問題措辭奇奇怪怪，例如回答我的問題:酒店不臨街的一側是否全部是大床房，答:你可以這麼理解。如果這是維也納的服務標準那就沒啥好説。智能馬桶和飲用水任意取好評。其實早餐廳的工作人員服務態度很好，所以應該是前台的問題。在盈江沒有競爭對手，可能也是肆無忌憚的原因。
